ROOF OF THE NET! Pugh orchestrates one desperate last chance for Bournemouth, swinging in a good cross from the left-hand side, and Cook gets his head to it, but can't keep it down enough!
90' +3
J. King has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth! Assist by A. Surman.
Surman's long ball set that one up.
KING HAS PULLED ONE BACK LATE ON! He backs into Lucas and evades him from a high ball, then dips a lovely half-volley into the back of the net past the diving Ward!
90' +2
Lallana pulls the ball back for Origi, but once again, he misses the target. Deep into stoppage time now and it appears that Liverpool have done enough to secure a vital three points here.
90'
Origi takes a speculative shot that gathers a deflection, and Boruc doesn't work hard enough to prevent it going behind for a corner. However, the subsequent delivery comes to nothing.
88'
PENALTY? Bournemouth have a third appeal for handball go against them, as Smith appeared to commit that infraction inside the area. You get the sense that at least one of thise should have gone their way.
86'
THUNDERED OFF THE POST! Sturridge shows his quality once again, turning to face goal and orchestrating an inch of shooting space inside the box, but his high effort hits the upright!
84'
SAVED BY WARD! Grabban leaps above his marker to power a header on goal, but Ward springs across to make a fine parry, and the Liverpool defence reacts quickest to clear the danger.
82'
It's been all Bournemouth for the last 15 minutes or so, but the visitors are defending with confidence - although Ward has had three saves to make in the second half. Less than 10 minutes to go.
78'
A. Lallana enters the game and replaces J. Ibe.
Lallana has entered the fray for Ibe.
Wilson, fresh off the bench, nearly makes an immediate impact, letting one fly, with a deflection causing Ward to put in some work to save it. He's got five goals for the Cherries this season.
77'
C. Wilson enters the game and replaces M. Ritchie.
Ritchie hasn't looked the same since sustaining that knock, and will be replaced by Wilson.
Minute
Description
75'
D. Origi enters the game and replaces Roberto Firmino.
The first of three changes from both managers, as Origi is brought on for Firmino.
74'
Conceding goals has been a problem for Bournemouth this season, with only the bottom four sides letting in more than their mark of 55. Tonight's game will not help that statistic one bit.
72'
There's been a min-resurgence for Bournemouth over the last few minutes, as they make Liverpool do all the defending. However, they need to start getting more clinical, as that pair of misses from King proves.
70'
Bournemouth have come from behind to earn just four points this Premier League season, winning against Crystal Palace earlier this year, while drawing against Everton back in December.
68'
Once again, King is put through behind the Liverpool defence, but this time he's at a tighter angle. He doesn't let that deter him as he tries to lob Ward, but the keeper is equal to it.
67'
M. Sakho enters the game and replaces K. Touré.
Toure has been replaced by Sakho.
66'
GREAT CHANCE! Pugh makes an impact off the bench, finding King in space, but he can't beat Ward with his shot and Smith is able to clear. Was that the chance for Bournemouth to get back into the game?
64'
The danger with Bournemouth committing so many players forward is that Liverpool have the pace up front to break at will. However, they execute poorly on one counter-attack, with Sturridge being called offside.
62'
Bournemouth want a penalty after the ball came back off the arm of Toure in the area. This one was a bit clearer than the Lucas no-call in the first half, and the hosts could feel a little more hard done by.
60'
Decent spell this for the home side, who are forcing some pressure down the left flank, and have won a few corners. If they manage to score, then it makes the last half-hour very interesting indeed.
59'
M. Pugh enters the game and replaces M. Gradel.
Gradel has been withdrawn for Pugh.
58'
Now Smith is hobbling for Liverpool, but it doesn't appear to be serious enough for the medical staff to take action. Klopp must be quietly thankful that he rotated so many players for this game.
56'
Trouble for Kolo Toure, who goes down and holds his hand up after he over-extended himself to defend a cross. However, he's soon back on his feet, and it appears that he'll be alright to continue.
54'
Ibe, with an assist to his name, lashes one high and wide of the target. Bournemouth have barely managed to advance into the final third since the restart, which is not lost on their fans.
52'
It's not looking good for Bournemouth at the start of the second half, with Liverpool already creating two good chances to grab themselves a third goal. Whoever scores next will have all the momentum.
50'
LIVERPOOL HIT THE POST! Sturridge nearly puts this game to bed within minutes of the restart, running onto Allen's defence-splitting pass, only to see his lob rebound off the woodwork!
48'
Once again, Bournemouth gift Liverpool a needless chance inside their own box. This time, Boruc is the culprit, failing to get hands on a corner which leads to a Firmino shot from 10 yards out that sneaks wide.
46'
L. Grabban enters the game and replaces J. Stanislas.
Here we go again.
Grabban has come on for Stanislas at half time.
45' +2
D. Sturridge has scored a goal for Liverpool! Assist by J. Ibe.
Ibe set that one up from the free-kick.
STURRIDGE MAKES IT TWO! A simple goal for Liverpool to score, and for Bournemouth to concede. Ibe clips in a free-kick and the striker has too much rom inside the area to guide a header into the back of the net.
Sturridge tries to make a difference a second time with a long-range strike, but it flies well wide of the mark. Moments later, Bournemouth thought that there was a handball on Lucas, but the referee waves play on.
45'
Smith is in need of medical attention after taking a cross full in the face. It appears to be nothing more than an impact blow though, even if it was a painful one at that. Only moments to go.
43'
That was a stomach-punch for Bournemouth, and it's sucked the energy right out of this ground. The worst possible time to concede, and Howe will have to change his team talk on the fly.
41'
Roberto Firmino has scored a goal for Liverpool!
FIRMINO BREAKS THE DEADLOCK! Sturridge had the ball with his back to goal and markers draped on him, but he nullifies all that with a splendid back-heel that forces Boruc to parry...right into the path of the Brazilian, who turns it home.
39'
Half-time is suddenly upon us, with less than 10 minutes to go until the break. The top four may be out of reach for Liverpool, but the top five certainly isn't, with Manchester United eight points and two games ahead.
37'
Just a few gaps starting to appear as we tick towards half-time. The pressure on the ball from both sides has been exemplary, and they've kept it very clean, with the referee hardly needed to call any infractions in the first-half.
35'
Firmino has had two half-chances so far along with Sturridge, but you wouldn't call either of them decisive factors so far. In a much-changed Liverpool team, the two established attackers need to lead by example.
33'
Ritchie is down on the deck and in some distress, and will need treatment. He's missed only one game all season, and is such a key player for Bournemouth. Thankfully, it looks like he'll be able to continue.
31'
The tempo of the game is just starting to slow down a bit, with the ball becoming bogged down in midfield. The first goal in this game will be vital, as I can't quite see a repeat of Thursday night-levels of excitement happening.
29'
Both sides have traded spells of dominance in this game. There's not really been anything in the way of clear-cut chances so far though, with the two best opening coming from Bournemouth mistakes.
27'
An accidental rebound nearly costs Bournemouth a goal. Sturridge fumbles to control Allen's pass, but Cook's attempted clearance is instead deflected against the striker, which calls Boruc into action.
25'
Liverpool are starting to turn the tide a little here, settling down the game with some controlled possession in the centre. They're clearly looking to build slowly from the back and force the hosts to do the chasing.
23'
BOURNEMOUTH SHUT THE DOOR! Ojo shows a glimpse of his ability with a weaving run that takes him past two players. His first shot is blocked to Randall, who also sees an effort thwarted before following up with a weak attempt that the keeper grabs.
21'
Sturridge ends a decent Liverpool attack after he's caught offside. Liverpool really aren't clicking here, giving the ball away regularly with a complete lack of ideas in the final third.
19'
King wins a free-kick off Lucas near the edge of the area. It's perhaps at too much of an angle to shoot, but Ritchie hooks it into the area instead, where Elphick attacks it with a header that's smothered by Ward.
17'
The sun has come out again over the Goldsands Stadium, and it's coincided with a rise in the Bournemouth performance. Liverpool are playing like a side who have made 10 changes.
15'
Another half-chance for Firmino, but again, Boruc is not fooled by his attempted lob. Control of this game is starting to slip away from the visitors now, with Bournemouth exhibiting all the poise on the ball.
13'
Ritchie uses the decoy run of the overlapping Francis down the wing to cut inside, and with the ball on his left foot, he decides to try his luck, but can't call Ward into action at his near post.
11'
Bournemouth are trying to adjust to the intensity of Liverpool's pressing approach. The Cherries have never beaten Liverpool in eight previous attempts, scoring only four goals over that span.
9'
Bournemouth are slow to react to the ball at tne edge of the area, allowing Firmino the chance to have a go, but he shows no composure and can't keep it down to trouble Boruc.
7'
Sturridge is halted mid-stride by the alert Cook, and the hosts win a corner-kick moments later. Bournemouth are starting to get into a rhythm, and it's getting the home fans more involved.
5'
This has been a positive start from Liverpool, who are already putting Bournemouth under pressure and making them look nervy on the ball. There's been some sloppy plays already from them.
3'
Bournemouth nearly cough up the opening goal of the game after Surman shows no poise on the ball and is robbed by Sturridge, who tries to surprise Boruc with a quick shot, but the keeper responds to it.

Off we go!
Hello and welcome to our live commentary of the Premier League match between Bournemouth and Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp's men are looking to finish the season strong with a deep run in the Europa League showing no signs of abating, while Eddie Howe wants to continue his side's recent rise up the table. Stick with us for all the action.
Four wins from their last six games have seen Bournemouth climb further away from the relegation zone. In fact, their only two losses during that spell came against Manchester City and Tottenham - hardly games which you would tag the Cherries as favourites for. Eleven points now separate them from the bottom three, and a top-half finish is very much in play for the 13th place team.
Klopp will want his side to channel their adrenaline in the right way after an incredible comeback win against his former team Borussia Dortmund in the Europa League. Three goals in the last 25 minutes, including a 91st minute winner by Dejan Lovren, completed the turnaround for the Reds at Anfield. They haven't lost in April in any competition, and are in the hunt for a top-five finish, trailing Manchester United by eight points but with two games in hand.
These teams have met twice already this season, with both matches ending in 1-0 wins for Liverpool at Anfield. Christian Benteke settled the reverse league fixture in August, while Nathaniel Clyine's goal knocked the Cherries out of the League Cup in the fourth round.
Junior Stanislas is the only change from Howe following his side's 2-1 win at Aston Villa, as he appears in the starting XI for the first time in nearly 10 weeks. It's a two-man attack made up of Max Gradel and Joshua King.
By contrast, Klopp makes 10 alterations to his team after Europa League action. With the Merseyside derby against Everton to come on Wednesday, Connor Randall, Sheyi Ojo, Kevin Stewart and Jordan Ibe have all been given a chance to impress by the German manager.
And there we have it. Liverpool are two goals to the good, thanks to Firmino's follow-up finish minutes before the break, and Sturridge's header on the stroke of half-time. It's been a closely contested and even affair, but Liverpool surged ahead towards the end of the opening frame. Plenty to play for in the second half, to stay tuned for the restart in just a bit.
And that will do it as Liverpool see off a frantic Bournemouth finish to win 2-1, thanks to goals from Firmino and Sturridge. The home side gave a good account of themselves and were perhaps unlucky with a few refereeing decisions, but ultimately weren't clinical enough. That's all the time we have, thanks for tuning in!
