Hertha's efforts now sees them smashing long balls up to Schieber, but Neuer is dealing with them comfortably. It's all a bit easy for the visitors.
86'
This match has slowly descended into something which resembles a training match, with the tempo getting gradually lower. Most of the players out there at the moment are at walking pace.
84'
Javi Martínez enters the game and replaces R. Lewandowski.
And Bayern follow suit, as Lewandowski makes way for Javi Martinez, with Guardiola just looking to shore things up.
83'
F. Kohls enters the game and replaces T. Ciğerci.
Final Hertha change now, as Cigerci - who was very good in the first half - makes way for Kohls.
81'
If they hadn't already, that goal certainly clinched things for Bayern. They've been absolutely dominant since the break, responding quite brilliantly to their first-half display.
79'
Douglas Costa has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by M. Benatia.
GOAL!!!! AND WHAT A GOAL IT IS! Bayern double their lead in sensational style! Douglas Costa cuts in from the right and unleashes a thunderous drive, which sails over Kraft and into the top-left corner. What a strike from the Brazilian! Game over!
Good awareness from Benatia to spot the unmarked Costa, while he also had the ability to pick out the pass.
78'
Bayern are simply toying with Hertha now, passing the ball around in triangles and patiently working their way up the pitch as they look to see this out.
77'
Thiago Alcântara gets yellow.
Poor pass from Thiago, as he gifts possession straight back to Hertha on the halfway line. Weiser pounces and surges past him, before the Spaniard cynically tugs him back. Yellow card.

Description
74'
One thing Hertha did well in the first half was causing trouble at set-pieces, but their first real opportunity from such a situation since the break is wasted, as Cigerci's delivery doesn't even make it into the area and Bayern clear with ease.
72'
Good play by Lewandowski. The Pole has has been very quiet so far, but this time he chases a ball into the corner and then bursts inside with an explosion of pace, taking him away from Lustenberger and into the area. Langkamp makes a good tackle which sees the ball deflect back on to the striker and it ricochets off him and forces Kraft into a reaction save.
70'
After a bit of a pause, which was also used by the players as something of a drinks break, we are back under way. Hertha are running out of time, but they have not looked like threatening at all since the break.
68'
Another injury, this time to Costa. The Brazilian collided with Cigerci, who appeared to win the ball cleanly, and has come off worse. On come the medical staff.
66'
Ribery has yet to hit full stride but he gets himself into position on the left this time. He runs at Pekarik, who looks nervous, but then plays a pass inside and gives possession straight back to the hosts.
64'
S. Kalou enters the game and replaces V. Stocker.
Another Hertha switch now and it is not Mittelstadt. Stocker is the one to make way, with Kalou coming on in his place.
63'
Bayern really have taken the sting out of this match brilliantly, it must be said. The first half was even, as Hertha gave as good as they got, causing plenty of problems themselves and forcing errors with their pressing, but since the break the visitors have been in complete control.
61'
There's a problem now for Hertha. Mittelstadt has gone down seemingly in a lot of pain after attempting to tackle Ribery. A promising Bayern attack is halted by Thiago putting the ball out of play so the midfielder can get treatment.
59'
Smart changes from Guardiola. Muller had done nothing throughout and is replaced by someone who will inject a bit more creativity and craft, while Rafinha had already been booked.
57'
F. Ribéry enters the game and replaces T. Müller.
D. Alaba enters the game and replaces Rafinha.
Two switches for Bayern now, as the booked and generally pretty poor Rafinha heads off to be replaced by Alaba for their first.
And Ribery comes on for Muller as their second change. The German has been utterly anonymous today.
56'
Hertha have responded quite well to the goal and are pushing forward with intent, but their problem at the moment seems to be an obsession with trying to find that defence-splitting pass every single time.
54'
That's a very good cross! Stocker manages to rob Kimmich of the ball near the corner flag before clipping a fine delivery in towards the near post, but Schieber can't quite reach it and Neuer catches.
52'
A. Vidal gets yellow.
Vidal's latest involvement sees the Chilean pick up a booking. The midfielder went in pretty forcefully on Weiser, though the winger's dramatic reaction probably didn't help the Bayern star.
50'
Talk about an emphatic start to the half. Hertha have hardly had a kick of the ball and that goal will have been a serious dent to their belief having actually performed well in the first period. How will they respond?
48'
A. Vidal has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by M. Götze.
Good play by Gotze, as the German runs at the Hertha defence and then lays the ball on a plate for Vidal to smash home.
GOAL!!!! BAYERN TAKE THE LEAD! The visitors have hardly let go of the ball since the second half commenced and they take the lead! They work it well on the left flank, with Costa playing it inside to Gotze. The German runs at the defence and then tees up Vidal, whose fierce drive takes a hefty deflection and sails past Kraft.
46'
J. Schieber enters the game and replaces V. Ibišević.
Off we go for the second half, with Hertha getting the action back under way. The hosts made one change at the break, with Schieber replacing Ibisevic.
45' +1
HALF-TIME!
44'
Bayern are enjoying some late pressure here, but Hertha do not look overly bothered, as they hold their ground well. Dardai will certainly be pleased with his team's efforts at the break.
42'
NOT FAR OFF! The Hertha free-kick is played all the way out to the right flank. Pekarik rides a challenge from Thiago and gets the bouncing ball under his spell, smashing a half-volley into the danger zone from near the corner flag. His effort had just enough slice to bend towards the goal and almost caused Neuer some bother, before going out for a goal-kick.
41'
T. Müller gets yellow.
Good run from Mittelstadt, as the midfield manages to get inside Muller and makes ground towards the area. The Germany international halts that run, though, sliding in and cynically bringing the Hertha man down. Out comes the yellow card again.
40'
Pekarik finds himelf in an advanced position and tries to get a cross into the area. The ball smacks against Rafinha and drops kindly for Weiser, who is not offside due to the ball ultimately coming through to him off a Bayern man. He bursts into the space behind the Brazilian and gets a low cross into the area but Benatia hacks clear.
39'
It's all getting rather bitty out there. There just seems to be a constant stream of fouls and not an awful lot of chances.
37'
Rafinha gets yellow.
Strong tackle there from Rafinha, as the experienced full-back goes flying in on Weiser and takes the youngster out. Unsurprisingly the yellow card makes its first appearance.
36'
Poor play by Pekarik, as his attempted clearance takes a flick off Gotze and ultimately falls nicely for the German. He gets a cross into the area and Lewandowski manages to tee it up for Thiago, but Lustenberger gets a crucial foot in.
35'
Hertha have, so far, done an excellent job at pressing high up the pitch and with intensity. Stocker, Weiser and Lustenberger are all working extremely hard, while Cigerci isn't far behind.
33'
Stocker cuts out a Bayern pass in the centre circle and starts a promising counter attack. The attacker has Ibisevic and Weiser for company, but the Swiss star selects the latter to his right, and the winger ultimately runs into trouble and the visitors get enough men back.
31'
Costa blasts a fierce effort into the area from wide on the right. His drive looks to be more of a shot than a delivery to team-mates and it awkwardly bounces right in front of Kraft, but the goalkeeper deals with it comfortably.
30'
The referee this time proves he isn't blind to handball, as Kimmich comes inside off the right flank and plays a reverse ball, which strikes the arm of Cigerci. Costa heads over to take the free-kick on the wing.
28'
Plattenhardt produces another decent ball from a set-piece, this time the corner. Ibisevic rises and gets a header away and it again appears to strike the arm of Tasci, but as before the referee isn't interested in the protests.
27'
Clever delivery from Plattenhardt on the free-kick, as he drops it into the area behind Kimmich. Weiser almost manages to get it under control but Vidal is able to put it behind for a corner.
26'
A hefty challenge from Benatia now on Mittelstadt sees Hertha earns a free-kick out on the left. They fill the box as they sense an opportunity.
25'
Brilliant pass from Thiago, as the midfielder uses the outside of his left foot to switch a first-time ball out to the right for Lewandowski, but the striker's resulting cross is easily cut out by Stark.
23'
HERTHA SURVIVE! It's all a bit easy for Bayern, as Thiago surges into the left side of the area, getting the bouncing ball under his spell and closing in on Kraft. However, the Spaniard just appeared to want one touch too many and his eventual effort is well blocked by Kraft.
21'
BAYERN ESCAPE! Excellent play by the home side. Ibisevic latches on to a Stocker pass played into the area and, although Tasci does well initially, the striker tees it up for Weiser. He gets a shot away which appears to be blocked by the arm of Benatia, but the referee waves play on.
19'
Risky goalkeeping from Kraft there. The former Bayern man receives a routine back-pass but takes an age getting it out of his feet. Muller's pressing causes him to panic and he just about slices a clearance away in time, with Costa almost getting it under control.
18'
We have a brief pause now as Stocker is down. The Hertha attacking midfielder appeared to be caught off the ball by Kimmich and the hosts aren't happy about it, but the pair shake hands and the referee gets play started again.
16'
Thiago's delivery is a good one, dropped into the area between the goalkeeper and the defence. However, Kraft was equal to this one and punches clear in commanding fashion, getting a Lewandowski boot in the gut for good measure. Free-kick to the home side.
15'
Free-kick to Bayern now about 35 yards from goal, after Gotze stretched for the ball and appeared to be caught slightly by the high foot of Lustenberger.
14'
A poor Benatia pass is cut out in the centre and Hertha are quick to burst forward. Plattenhardt is released up the left flank and he whips in a devilish cross, but Tasci heads it away unchallenged.
12'
The visitors try to play through Hertha this time, using it well through the middle and eventually Thiago finds Lewandowski, but once again Stark is on him in a flash and manages to force a heavy touch from the striker.
10'
Bayern are starting to click into gear. Kimmich does well on the right and slips a clever pass into the area for Lewandowski. The Pole gets on to it and tries to get a shot away but it well tackled by Stark.
9'
Good play by Costa! The Brazilian latches on to the ball in the centre and drives towards goal, getting a shot away from 25 yards and forces Kraft into action.
8'
Late tackle there from Thiago, as the Spain international goes in hard on former Bayern youngster Weiser, catching him and conceding a foul. From the resulting kick Cigerci lofts the ball over the Bayern defence for the winger, but Tasci just about manages to shepherd it out for a goal-kick.
6'
Cigerci is already getting on the ball to good effect. The German jinks away from a tackle in the centre and is forced out wide. Surrounded by defenders, he prods the ball up the line for the rampaging Mittelstadt, but Kimmich gets across and makes the tackle.
5'
Excellent play down the right by the hosts. Weiser is faced up by Kimmich and he feeds the overlap of Pekarik, who gets in behind and lofts a decent cross towards the back post. Tasci nods it away and Cigerci pounces on the edge of the area, but his volley is well blocked.
4'
Cigerci's delivery is decent and causes problems in the Bayern defence, with Ibisevic making a nuisance of himself. The Bosnian appears to be nudged over and there are calls for a penalty, before Rafinha clears under pressure.
3'
Good, promising start from the home side, who are getting into Bayern in the midfield, forcing early errors and getting men forward quickly. Weiser does well out on the right this time and manages to force a free-kick, which Cigerci heads over to take.
1'
Off we go! Bayern get us started in Berlin.
Bayern starting XI (4-2-3-1): Neuer; Kimmich, Tasci, Benatia, Rafinha; Vidal, Thiago; Douglas Costa, Gotze, Muller; Lewandowski.
All eyes have been on Bayern and Dortmund in the build-up to what could be the defining day of the 2015-16 Bundesliga campaign. Pep Guardiola's men have led throughout the season and seemed destined to lift the title again, only for a bit of a blip in February and March to give their rivals a glimmer of hope. Bayern have rallied again of late and go into today's match seven points clear of Thomas Tuchel's men, meaning a victory here in Berlin coupled with a Stuttgart triumph over Dortmund will see the title go to Munich yet again.
No side has ever won four successive Bundesliga titles before, meaning Bayern have their eyes on history today. However, Guardiola isn't expecting today to be the day their success is confirmed. The Catalan honestly claimed Dortmund "will" beat Stuttgart today, thus postponing any celebrations for at least another week. It would be something of a shock to see the relegation-threatened side defeat Tuchel's men, but the reigning champions will be eager to pounce on any slip-ups and secure the title as early as possible.
Hello and welcome to the LIVE coverage of the German Bundesliga clash between Hertha Berlin and Bayern Munich. I will be describing all of the action for you today, as the visitors hope to clinch a historic fourth successive league title, while the home side look to strengthen their bid for a Champions League berth. There's a lot to play for so stay tuned!
Hertha subs: Kohls, Burchert, Van den Bergh, Kalou, Baumjohann, Hegeler, Schieber.
Hertha themselves still have plenty to play for in the Bundesliga, with Pal Dardai's men currently occupying the final Champions League spot. The coach has made six changes from the side which lost to Dortmund in the DFB-Pokal during the week, with Rune Jerstein, John Brooks, Per Skjelbred, Jens Hegeler, Genki Haraguchi and Salomon Kalou all dropping out. Key for the hosts could be the return of Valentin Stocker and Tolga Cigerci in midfield.
Guardiola has had to make some interesting choices in his defence today. Joshua Kimmich is starting at right-back, while Rafinha has switched over to the left. Philipp Lahm's continued absence hasn't helped in this case, while at centre-back Serdar Tasci is given only his second Bundesliga match of the season. Further forward there are few surprises other than the presence of Mario Gotze, with Douglas Costa, Thomas Muller and Robert Lewandowski all starting.
The teams are now out on the pitch, with kick-off coming up!
The referee brings a tense and close first half to an end. Hertha have so far acquitted themselves very well against their title-chasing visitors. They've defended well, used the ball effectively in midfield and made their presence known in attack. Clear-cut chances have been rare, though Bayern have probably just about edged things in that respect. Either way, neither side has given an inch so far. Hopefully things will open up in the second half.
Bayern's ominous march to a fourth successive title rumbles on, with this routine 2-0 win doing nothing to suggest they won't see things out. Dortmund's win in Stuttgart means the title celebrations are on hold for another week, but Guardiola's men were full of cheer at the full-time whistle - they know it is close. Today saw Bayern struggle at times in the first period before then rallying and utterly dominating from start to finish in the second half. The response was excellent and the win never looked in doubt as soon as Vidal's deflected effort hit the back of the net. Thanks for joining me today, I hope you've enjoyed the action.
