R. Nainggolan has scored a goal for Roma! Assist by Mohamed Salah.
Salah displays his quality by just doing enough to send the ball into Nainggolan's path on the edge of the box.
GOAL!!! Roma take the lead in the dying embers of the game with a well worked move finished in style by Nainggolan. Totti caused havoc in the box with a lofted pass and Maicon dug the ball back to Salah, who somehow squeezed it sideways for his team-mate on the edge of the box. The Belgian held his composure to bend his effort beyond the reach of Reina into the bottom corner.
86'
Totti almost carves out a moment of magic by arcing a lofted pass over the top of the Napoli defence, but Salah cannot bring the ball under control and Reina can gather ahead of the forward.
85'
Another last-ditch tackle from the home side as Zukanovic is forced to act to stop the forward run of Hamsik. The defender knocks the ball off the legs of the Napoli man to earn his side a goal-kick. All hands on deck for Spalletti's men at the back.
83'
CHANCE! Hamsik and Higuain almost break through for the visitors, but neither are able to convert great chances in the final third. Higuain broke behind the Roma defence, but Szczesny produced a solid save to deny the forward. However, the rebound broke kindly for Hamsik to slot into an empty net, only for Rudiger to react and just to enough to divert the midfielder's strike behind for a corner. So close to the opening goal.
81'

70'
D. Mertens gets yellow.
Mertens is yellow-carded for simulation for taking a tumble following a challenge by Maicon.
Albiol continues his fine display with a great covering tackle to deny El Shaarawy just as the striker looked to be through on goal. 69'
CHANCE! Koulibaly wins the ball for his team by dispossessing Salah, and allows Mertens to break with a simple pass. The Belgian raids at Maicon down the left before cutting back on to his right foot. He has Higuian in support, but decides to go for the target himself, only to see his effort sail over the bar.
66'
Digne almost gets himself in a horrible mess at the back post as he attempts to clear a cross under pressure from Callejon. The left-back just manages to boot the ball out for a throw-in before the forward can close him down further.
65'
CHANCE! Mertens should hit the target with an effort from outside the box, but he can only curl his strike wide of the post. Higuain created the opening with a sublime piece of skill on the half-way line to turn Zukanovic before playing his team-mate in down the right. However, the Belgian couldn't capitalise on the opening.
64'
Albiol shines for the visitors at the back again by making a crucial intervention to head Maicon's cross towards the back post away from goal. Salah was lurking behind the defender, and would have had an excellent chance to convert the cross had the Spaniard not acted.
61'
CHANCE! Roma spread the ball to the right in the final third as Nainggolan's ball finds Maicon down the flank. The right-back takes a good first touch before rifling a strike across goal, but Reina just gets enough on the ball to divert the Brazilian's effort past the post. So close to the opener for the home side.

56'
El Shaarawy gets played behind the Napoli defence by Perotti, and he tries to shrug off the challenge of Albiol. However, the defender proves to be too strong for him to handle and the Spaniard clears the danger for the visitors. Great defending.
54'
The home side build a good move through the middle with a patient approach, but Pjanic wastes the opening with a loose pass looking for the run of Salah down the right, allowing Mertens to intercept.
52'
The Roma skipper is involved again as he latches on to a loose ball on the edge of the box. Keita opts to shoot, but gets his effort all wrong by sending the strike well over the crossbar.

45' +1
Reina shows his bravery to come through a crowd of players to challenge Rudiger for the ball from Digne's cross and win it to alleviate the pressure on his defence. Confident keeping from the former Liverpool man.
45'
There will be three minutes of added time.
42'
The delivery comes into the box from the right wing, but the visitors are organised at the back and despite pressure from Roma they are eventually able to clear their lines.
41'
F. Ghoulam gets yellow.
K. Koulibaly gets yellow.
Koulibaly is also carded for his lunge on Nainggolan.
Ghoulam goes into the book for the late challenge on Salah.
40'
Roma almost hit the visitors on the counter as Nainggolan and Salah burst forward from the midfield, but both players are brought down by cynical challenges from Koulibaly and Ghoulam. The defenders took one for the team in that situation as Salah especially looked like he was away. However, the visitors will have to defend a free-kick.
39'
Salah tries to weave his way through Koulibaly in the penalty area, but the defender does well to make an inch-perfect challenge to knock the ball off the winger and win a goal-kick for his team. It has been the tone of the half for the home side, they just have not been able to break down Napoli's backline.
38'
M. Pjanić gets yellow.
Pjanic goes into the book for clipping the heels of Mertens as the Belgian sped past his challenge.
33'
The game is opening up for both teams, although Napoli look the more threatening of the sides due to the presence of Higuain. The departure of Manolas seems to have unsettled the home side at the back.
32'
Space opens up for Salah in the final third as he collects a low pass from Perotti. However, he cannot make solid contact with his left-footed strike from the edge of the box, allowing Reina to gather with ease.
29'
CHANCE! Higuain almost unlocks the Roma defence by displaying brilliant control to take a long ball over the top in stride and on to his left foot. The striker tries to round Szczesny, but the keeper does enough to block his effort while Zukanovic clears the danger.
25'
OFFSIDE! Mertens looks up and plays a fine through ball for the run of Callejon down the right flank. The forward takes a touch and buries his strike beyond Szczesny into the net, but the flag is raised for offside. Replays show that Callejon was indeed offside by a fraction.
23'
CHANCE! Rudiger gives the ball away deep in his own half due to a botched clearanced. Mertens dribbles to the edge of the box before shooting, but Rudiger gets back to block his strike enough to take the power off it and allow Szczesny to make the save.
22'
Higuain surges forward towards the edge of the box and gets jeered by the home fans. He almost carves out space to fire an effort towards the net, but he gets brought down by a challenge from Zukanovic. The Argentine wants a free-kick, but the referee declines.
21'
E. Zukanović enters the game and replaces K. Manolas.
Zukanovic comes on to replaced Manolas, who complains to his team-mates and his manager that he cannot see out of his right eye following his clash with Higuain.
19'
Roma are dominating possession in the midfield, but are yet to test Pepe Reina with an effort at goal. Spalletti will want to see more from his team in the final third as the half progresses.
17'
Altercation in the middle as Manolas goes down clutching his face following a battle for the ball with Higuain. Roma players surround the Argentine and the referee, but the official remains calms and disperses the crowd.
15'
Pjanic almost threads the needle to send Salah through in the inside right channel, but Koulibaly and Ghoulam do just enough to stop the ball from reaching the winger.
12'
Callejon lifts a sublime ball over the top of the Roma defence for the run of Mertens. The ball skips off the surface and just evades the outstretched foot of te Belgian otherwise he would have been through one-on-one with Szczesny.
9'

8'
Opportunity for Roma to threaten as Keita is brought down by Jorginho 30 yards from goal. Pjanic stands over the ball waiting to deliver the set-piece.
6'
PENALTY SHOUT! Roma ask the question of the referee as Salah breaks into the box and goes down under the challenge of Ghoulam. The winger did appear to go down very easily, and the referee simply dismisses the home side's claim.
4'
Higuain collects the ball in space down the right inside channel, and he takes the ball in stride to fire at goal. However, the offside flag is raised, although the Argentine does not seem convinced.
2'
CHANCE! The home side come within inches of the lead in the second minute as Salah blasts his effort just over the bar from the edge of the box. A poor clearance from Hysaj allowed the winger to strike at goal, but he failed to put the ball into Pepe Reina's net.

We're underway at the Stadio Olimpico.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the Serie A clash between Roma and Napoli.
Napoli have to win today to keep the Serie A title race alive for at least another match following Juventus's win over Fiorentina on Sunday. Massimiliano Allegri's men moved 12 points clear of Gli Azzurri, putting the visitors under huge pressure to send their futile quest into the weekend.
Roma are also in need of a victory this afternoon to fend off Inter Milan in their quest to earn a Champions League place for next season. Luciano Spalletti's men can all but end the Nerazzurri's attempt to break into the top three by taking all three points today at the Stadio Olimpico, while they can also close the gap to Napoli to two points in the battle for second.
I Lupi have been in impressive form in Serie A since the end of January, putting together an unbeaten run of 13 matches to surge into the top three. Spalletti's men have won 10 of those contests, including their 3-2 comeback victory over Torino last time out as a late brace from Francesco Totti stunned Giampiero Ventura's men.
The team news has been announced and we'll start with the home side.
Napoli bounced back from their 2-0 defeat at the hands of Inter in perfect fashion with a 6-0 drubbing of Bologna. Dries Mertens notched a hat-trick, while Manolo Gabbiadini scored twice with David Lopez adding a late strike to compound his side's win. Gli Azzurri have lost their last two away games which will concern Maurizio Sarri ahead of today's clash, and he will be hopeful that they can stop that slump at the Stadio Olimpico.
Roma subs: De Sanctis, Castan, Zukanovic, Maicon, Palmieri, Torosidis, Strootman, De Rossi, Dzeko, Iago Falque, Totti.
Roma (4-3-3): Szczesny; Florenzi, Manolas, Rudiger, Digne; Pjanic, Nainggolan, Keita; Salah, Perotti, El Shaarawy.
Napoli subs: Gabriel, Rafael, Strinic, Regini, Chiriches, Maggio, David Lopez, Chalobah, Valdifiori, El Kaddouri, Insigne, Gabbiadini.
Roma have made two changes to their side from their 3-2 triumph over Torino. Lucas Digne and Miralem Pjanic are recalled to the starting line-up with Emerson and Maicon dropping to the bench. Diego Perotti, Mohamed Salah and Stephan El Shaarawy lead the line for I Lupi this afternoon as part of a three-pronged attack, while Seydou Keita, Radja Nainggolan and Pjanic occupy the midfield. Alessandro Florenzi will drop into the defence at right-back, while Lucas Digne will start on the left full-back spot.
Napoli have made just one change from their 6-0 triumph over Bologna. Gonzalo Higuain has returned from suspension and replaces Gabbiadini up front, despite the forward's brace last week. The Argentine leads the line through the middle, with Jose Calllejon and Mertens offering support from the flanks.
The players are making their way out on to the pitch, so we should be underway shortly.
HALF-TIME: Roma 0-0 Napoli
It is goalless after 45 minutes at the Stadio Olimpico in a game where both sides have to win. Juventus will be watching the match with broad grins across their faces after the first half as Napoli were unable to find the net. Gonzalo Higuain was the nearest to breaking the deadlock, but his close-range effort was well saved by Wojciech Szczesny, while Jose Callejon saw his strike ruled out for offside. The visitors have been solid at the back, limiting Roma to strikes from distance which have failed to trouble Pepe Reina thus far. Both managers will pushing their teams forward in the second half, so we should have an entertaining spectacle on our hands.
FULL-TIME: Roma 1-0 Napoli
JUVENTUS WIN THE SCUDETTO!
Thanks for joining our commentary this afternoon. Until next time, goodbye.
Napoli's failure to win this afternoon hands the Serie A title to Juventus for the fifth year on the spin. It was one of those days in front of goal for Maurizio Sarri's men as Gonzalo Higuian, Dries Mertens and Jose Callejon failed to fire. Roma kept the pressure on the visitors throughout the contest and produced the one bit of quality in the match as Mohamed Salah slid the ball into the path of Radja Nainggolan to put a composed finished past Pepe Reina and hand his side the three points. Roma now move t within two points of Napoli in second place, and all-but secure their spot in the Champions League for next season.
