D. Cataldi enters the game and replaces L. Biglia.
Danilo Cataldi comes on as Lazio look to waste the final seconds, and waste they do as Biglia takes close to 40 seconds to walk off the pitch. That should just about do it for this match.
FULL-TIME: LAZIO 2-0 INTER.
90'
There will be two minutes of stoppage time added on at the end of this match.
89'
S. Milinković-Savić enters the game and replaces A. Candreva.
Candreva has played a big part in this game tonight, securing the three points with an emphatic penalty just a few moments ago, and he leaves to a standing ovation at the Stadio Olimpico, set to be replaced by Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
87'
STAT: Lazio and Inter have met 145 times in Serie A, with the Nerazzurri leading by 59 wins to 34.
85'
A. Candreva gets yellow.
Candreva is booked for taking his shirt off in celebration.
84'
Penalty goal scored by A. Candreva for Lazio!
NO MISTAKE FROM CANDREVA! He smashes the perfect penalty into the top corner. That's an unstoppable one for even the best penalty keeper in Serie A in Handanovic... and thus ends Inter's Champions League hopes.
83'
J. Murillo gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
PENALTY TO LAZIO! Inter down to 10 men as Murillo picks up his second booking in as many minutes, this one for a dreadful challenge as he doesn't even try and square up to Keita, running straight through him in the area and knocking him to ground.
81'
J. Murillo gets yellow.
In a frantic pursuit to stop an attack and win his side the ball back, Murillo commits himself to a poor challenge and is issued a caution.
80'
Inter really starting to turn it on now as Lazio are being hemmed back in there end. The Nerazzurri need two goals though to turn this around, as a draw would mean the best they could do is tie Roma at season's end, but Mancini's side have a far inferior goal differential.
79'
R. Palacio enters the game and replaces Y. Nagatomo.
A final change and it's another positive one from Mancini as Inter get set for a final push, bringing Rodrigo Palacio on for Nagatomo.
Minute
Description
77'
Beaten away by Marchetti! Good contact from Perisic from a free-kick as he gets plenty of power behind his shot, but it's too central as Marchetti is able to punch it away to safety. The ensuing corner is also dealt with by the keeper.
75'
STAT: Lazio have dropped just two points from winning situations at home so far (a joint-record alongside with Juventus) – while on the other hand, Inter are yet to win an away game from a trailing situation in the Serie A this season.
73'
S. Mauri enters the game and replaces M. Klose.
The game's only scorer also gives way as the hosts make their first change, with Stefano Mauri on for Klose.
72'
Éder enters the game and replaces S. Jovetić.
HE HAS TO GET THERE! Icardi rises well to flick a corner on to the far post, but Jovetic hasn't gambled and is late arriving! He would have had an empty net, albeit from a bit of a tight angle, had he arrived. That will be his last impact as he's replaced by Eder.
70'
INCHES WIDE! Perisic has been anonymous for the greater part of this match, but that was a wonderful opportunity for him to announce himself! He's teed up for a strike inside the area, but drags an effort wide of the far post!
68'
S. Lulić gets yellow.
Upset about someting that's happened behind the play, Lulic takes his protests a bit too far with the referee and is booked for dissent.
66'
Inter are starting to make a bit more noise in the attacking half, but they're still struggling to pick out the required final ball. Sooner or later, and that time really should be now, they're going to have to throw the kitchen sink forward and see what they can get.
64'
M. Klose gets yellow.
Klose gets away with one now! He slings his elbow back dangerously and catches Miranda in the face. The striker's reaction suggests he knew what he was doing, but he escapes with only a yellow.
62'
MIRANDA GETS AWAY WITH ONE! The defender is caught in possession as the last defender, and Konko looks to break through on goal, but the referee says he didn't win the ball fairly as he awards Inter a free-kick! That could have, and probably should have, been much worse.
60'
Kondogbia has started to take control in midfield and he's putting these Lazio players to work. A smart turn forces Lulic into a challenge and presents the Nerazzurri with a chance to send the ball into the box from the ensuing set-piece.
58'
STAT: The Biancocelesti have lost their last two Serie A games, after having won the previous two. The last time Lazio lost three consecutive Serie A matches was in November 2015.
56'
J. Biabiany enters the game and replaces G. Medel.
Mancini makes his first change as the speedy Jonathan Biabiany is introduced at the expense of Medel. This should certainly help stretch the game.
54'
INZAGHI SENT PACKING! Keita's protests are put to bed as Lulic shows good maturity to come over and calm his young striker, but his words don't resonate with the manager who blows his lid at the referee and will have to watch the rest of the game from the stands.
52'
K. Baldé gets yellow.
REFEREE SAYS DIVE! Keita shows excellent pace to skip past the challenge of Miranda and burst into the area, before going down in the area following contact from Medel. It wasn't a penalty, but clearly there was enough contact to send the striker to ground, but the referee shows him a yellow for simulation!
50'
The second half hasn't started any differently than where we left off in the first. Inter continue to enjoy the greater share of possession, while creating precious little with it. Mancini has seen about enough as there's a lot of movement now on the Inter touchline with the substitutes warming up.
48'
Lazio would do their rivals a favour by holding on for all three points tonight, as it would ensure Roma a top-three finish and a place in next season's Champions League. Inter's hopes at returning to the competition are marginal at best, but they're really hanging by a thread now.
46'
Back underway in Rome!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: LAZIO 1-0 INTER.
45'
The referee scrapes together one minute to add on at the end of the half.
44'
There doesn't figure to be much, if any, time added on at the end of this half. There's hardly been a stoppage outside of a few goal-kicks and the Klose opener. This game needs half-time for the managers to make a few adjustments and get the approach right for the second half.
42'
Near disaster for Marchetti! The keeper comes out to claim a cross in from the left flank, and just takes his eye off it for a second, which causes him to spill it dangerously. Brozovic is there to pounce, but the keeper is just barely able to recover.
40'
STAT: Lazio have won five of their last eight league matches against Inter (D1, L2), scoring in each of the last 11.
38'
As easily as the pace livened up 10 minutes ago, it's slowed even quicker. The ball is hardly leaving the midfield third, and when it does, it's the result of a back pass or an errant ball over the top that runs to the keeper or behind for a goal-kick.
36'
Perisic hasn't factored in much tonight in attack. The Croatian has taken up a central position, but with it being so congested in the middle, he's been quite limited in possession. He needs to get out wide and use his pace to run at Basta.
34'
The tempo has picked up a fair bit over the last 10 minutes or so, with Inter continuing to see more of the ball. Despite their possession advantage, Lazio remain the more dangerous side in attack. The hosts are keeping their shape so well at the back, making it very difficult on the visitors to try and break them down.
32'
HANDANOVIC TO THE RESCUE AGAIN! The keeper is saving Inter at the moment, something he's managed to do throughout his time at the club, making a name for himself as one of the better keepers in the world. His latest stop required quick reactions and strong hands to keep out Keita's terrific strike at the end of an even better run.
30'
STAT: Antonio Candreva made his Serie A debut against Inter back in 2008 – he has scored four goals against the Nerazzurri so far, more than against any other side.
28'
HANDANOVIC RESPONDS! The keeper produces a great stop of his own, reacting quickly to knock a well-struck effort from Candreva over the bar. Signs of life from both sides here, we'll see if it's a sign of things to come.
26'
GREAT SAVE! That's out of the top drawer from Marchetti to deny Jovetic! The striker timed his run perfectly to get on the end of Kondogbia's ball over the top, but the keeper is up to the task! That's the first real chance for the visitors tonight.
24'
The match is lacking a bit of competitive edge in this first half. It's not being contested like there's much on the line, which is appropriate perhaps, considering neither side has much to play for. Nonetheless, a lot of these players are fighting for a place in the side for next season so to see it unfold this way is a bit disappointing.
22'
Needed a better final ball! It's a real wasted opportunity by Inter on what originally looked a threatening counter. Brozovic does well to get on the end of Jovetic's pass, but he undoes all that good work with a poor delivery in for his compatriot Perisic.
20'
This could prove to be a critical match for Candreva, who has been linked with a number of teams as he figures to be on his way out this summer, but there's been no link as heavy as the one connecting him to Inter. As a result, he could be playing this match with the hopes of impressing his potential future employers.
18'
EXCELLENT DELIVERY! Basta gets forward on the overlap and is played into space by Biglia. He picks out an inch-perfect cross for Candreva, but the angle proves a bit of a tall order in the end as he can't direct an effort on target.
16'
Lazio are content with allowing the visitors to spend more time on the ball, but when they do get it back, they're so quick to get on the front foot. Their unapologetically direct approach on the ball has left Inter a bit stunned through the first quarter of an hour.
14'
Inter are dominating possession and looking quite comfortable when on the ball, but they're really struggling to create much, and as we've already come to see, they're all out of sorts at the back. It almost looks as though focus in the issue for the Nerazzuri.
12'
S. Gentiletti gets yellow.
Gentiletti steps up to put in a challenge, but misses the ball as he picks up the first yellow card of the match.
10'
STAT: Inter have won just one of their last eight away matches in Serie A (D3, L4).
8'
M. Klose has scored a goal for Lazio! Assist by S. Lulić.
Lovely pick out from Lulic to send the striker through as he picks up the assist.
COOL AS YOU'D EXPECT FROM KLOSE! It's the simplest one-two between Klose and Lulic, to send the striker through on goal, aided by an incredibly loose challenge from Murillo. Klose walks in on goal and chips Handanovic to give Lazio the lead - and he sure made it look easy!
5'
Penalty shouts denied! That's a warning for Inter, who despite starting positively, are carved apart by Lazio on the break. Klose sprints through the centre and tries to play Lulic through to his left, but the midfielder goes to ground after colliding with Miranda. The referee waves play on and it's the right decision in the end.
3'
Painful start to the night for Marchetti who is sent crashing to ground as he flies over Jovetic to claim a teasing ball over the top delivered by Medel. It was a nasty fall from the keeper, but he likely just had the wind knocked out of him and should be fine to continue.

We're underway in the Italian capital!
Hello and welcome to live coverage from the Stadio Olimpico as Lazio aim to kick-start a strong finish to their season when they play host to Inter. The Nerazzurri’s Champions League hopes have all but disintegrated in recent weeks. They trail third-placed Roma by seven points, meaning Inter would have to win out and hope the capital club pick up just one point from their remaining games.
Lazio are aiming to finish strong under caretaker coach Simone Inzaghi, who is temporarily in charge following Stefano Pioli’s dismissal after a derby defeat to Roma earlier this month. They will aim to improve upon their current standing in ninth place as they close out what can only be described as a disappointing season against Inter, Carpi and Fiorentina.
The hosts make two changes from the side that was defeated 2-1 at Sampdoria last weekend. Milan Bisevac comes into defence while Miroslav Klose returns from injury to lead the line, flanked by Antonio Candreva and Keita. Dropped from the line-up to make room for the incoming duo is Wesley Hoedt and Filip Dordevic.
Gary Medel returns from suspension for Inter, giving Roberto Mancini a full squad to choose from. The pitbull is restored in midfield at the expense of Felipe Melo. Danilo D'Ambrosio is brought in to play right-back, forcing Yuto Nagatomo to his more natural position on the left as Juan Jesus is dropped to the bench. The other change sees the dynamic Ivan Perisic replace Jonathan Biabiany in attack.
Miroslav Klose has the Biancocelesti in front at the break at the end of a rather tame first half in the capital. Both keepers made some smart saves at either end, but otherwise there hasn't been any consistency in attack as Lazio's lead appears safe for now.
Miroslav Klose and Antonio Candreva scored for the Biancocelesti, while Jeison Murillo saw red for the Nerazzurri whose Champions League hopes are dashed in the Italian capital. They required a few important saves from Federico Marchetti, but in the end it was a comfortable victory for the Biancocelesti who look to end their season on a positive note.
That's all for our live coverage from the Stadio Olimpico, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
