B. Gomis has scored a goal for Swansea City! Assist by A. Ayew.
Unselfish work from Ayew, who sets up Gomis.
GOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLLL FOR SWANSEA! GAME, SET, MATCH! As West Ham press ahead to claw one back, the visitors move ahead on the counter as Gomis exchanges a one-two with Ayew before coolly passing into the net past the keeper. Four-one!
89'
Four minutes of added time have been allocated by the referee here and the West Ham fans didn't exactly want to see that as they want nothing more than to put this match behind him due to the poor performance by their team. Champions League is out of reach...
87'
SWANSEA HIT THE BAR! Like the first two goals scored, the Swans burst ahead on the counter-attack and they eventually manage to get the ball into the box. Gomis is sniffing around looking to get on the end of it, while Antonio intercepts to loop possession dangerously towards goal! Fortunately for West Ham, the woodwork is there to save the day!
85'
A. Ogbonna gets yellow.
Ogbonna sees yellow for a daft challenge, much like his defensive team-mate, Reid.
84'
E. Valencia enters the game and replaces M. Lanzini.
Last throw of the dice from Slaven Bilic here as he gives Enner Valencia a five-minute run out in place of Manuel Lanzini. It looks like West Ham's Champions League hopes are basically over after today's scoreline. Not much time left to change that...
82'
B. Gomis enters the game and replaces W. Routledge.
Another change from the visitors here and it sees Bafetimbi Gomis come on to replace Routledge for the last portion of play.
81'
W. Reid gets yellow.
Needless yellow for Reid.
FABULOUS interception from Fernandez! We get our first real glimpse of Emenike since being introduced into the action as the Nigerian bursts into the area before looking poised to pull the trigger. But before the shot comes away, the former Napoli defender superbly runs across goal with a brilliant slide tackle!
79'
Perhaps predictably, Swansea are just sitting back soaking up the pressure as there is no real need for them to venture out to far to leave space in behind. Indeed, any time they receive possession their travelling fans spout a loud 'OLE' whenever a pass is made!
77'
E. Emenike enters the game and replaces C. Kouyaté.
Another change from Bilic now and it is another designed to try and heap some pressure on Swansea in these latter stages, as a striker is introduced in the form of Emmanuel Emenike. The Nigerian international will replace Kouyate, which means West Ham have three recognised centre-forwards out there now.

Description
74'
Just over 15 minutes remaining in the last 3pm Premier League kick-off in the Boleyn Ground and West Ham are running out of time to try and salvage a point in front of their home fans. That own goal for Kingsley has given them a small ray of hope, but Swansea have did well to curb the ascendancy of the Hammers since that went in.
72'
D. Sakho gets yellow.
Angel is given a baptism of fire in the proceedings here as he is completely taken out only moments after coming on by Sakho, who goes into the book for his offence.
70'
Àngel Rangel enters the game and replaces M. Barrow.
Francesco Guidolin reacts quickly to West Ham getting a goal back here and quickly withdraws an attacking player in favour of a defender. Barrow is the man coming off and he is replaced by Angel Rangel, who will likely be deployed at right-back.
68'
S. Kingsley is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
GOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL FOR WEST HAM! THE HOSTS CLAW ONE BACK! Payet crosses into the danger area and Sakho and Kouyate both try to scramble the ball over the line. In the end it is the unfortunate Stephen Kingsley who puts into his own net whilst attempting to clear! Three-one!
65'
Lanzini receives the ball to feet with his back to goal and turns sharply before driving into the final third. He eventually makes his way into the box before attempting to fire a low strike to the bottom corner, but he is foiled by Fernandez, who comes in with a quite outstanding block to save Fabianski from being called into action.
63'
MUCH BETTER FROM WEST HAM! Carroll, who has been bereft of any kind of decent service all afternoon, finally latches on to a wicked cross into the box and makes the connection to set up Sakho, who has a crack from close range. Really good save from Fabianski, even though the linesman had already raised his flag for offside.
61'
It looks highly unlikely that West Ham are going to get the win out of this, but if they were to grab a goal about now they good give a decent attempt at at least trying to claim a point, however unlikely that is also. The problem is, Swansea are barely breaking a sweat at the back at the moment.
59'
D. Sakho enters the game and replaces V. Moses.
First change of the match now and no surprise to see that it comes from the Hammers. Leaving the pitch is the highly disappointing Moses, who has been replaced by centre-forward, Diafra Sakho, which may signal a change in formation to a 4-4-2 with the substitute going up alongside Carroll?
57'
West Ham are just inviting so much pressure on to themselves here, and nearly all of it is self-inflicted. There has been a plethora of misplaced passes at the back, with Reid being the most guilty party, which have gifted possession to Swansea in dangerous areas, who have duly took advantage.
55'
Just over 10 minutes into the second period now and it is certainly not the start to the half that Bilic would have wanted from his men, who are once again looking rather flat in front of their home fans. Swansea looking really comfortably, and definitely capable of scoring more than the three they currently have.
53'
How have West Ham not equalised here?! Fabianski denies the Hammers again with a superb save with his feet, with Carroll taking possession into feet on the edge of the box thereafter. The well-struck volley bounces towards goal but goes agonisingly wide of the right-hand post.
51'
Ki Sung-Yueng has scored a goal for Swansea City! Assist by M. Barrow.
Another cross is West Ham's downfall, this time coming from Barrow who gains an assist.
GOOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLL FOR SWANSEA! WHAT A START TO THE SECOND HALF FOR THE VISITORS! Barrow, who has displayed moments of real quality today, provides another one here as he chips a cross to the edge of the box for Ki, who meets the ball with a controlled volley which nestles perfectly into the bottom right corner! Three-nil! Game over?
49'
Kingsley, who gained the assist for Swansea's second, goes on another marauding run down the left flank before hitting the byline to stand a teasing cross deep towards the back post. Routledge collects on the opposite flank and takes on the defender before crossing into the danger area again, but it is easy for Randolph to claim out of the air.
47'
Barrow looks to inflict further damage on West Ham early doors in this second half with a penetrating run down the left wing before flashing a cross-cum-shot low along the six-yard box. Luckily for the home side, Ogbonna is on hand to make the important clearance before Ayew can latch on to the loose ball.
46'
The second period is underway at the Boleyn Ground!
45'
Fernandez stands tall inside the box to clear only for possession to fall to Payet. The France international uses the run of Cresswell as a diversion to cut inside on his right foot to whip a cracking strike at goal, but it is relatively comfortable in the end for Fabianski, who gets down to his left-hand side to make the block.
43'
Carroll manages to get in behind the Swansea defence after an impressive display of strength and opens up his stride to move forward into space. The former Liverpool man isn't typically blessed with tremendous pace, though, and is forced back to get the shot away with his weaker foot, which doesn't pose much of a threat to Fabianski between the sticks.
41'
A goal right about now would certainly change the atmosphere within the Boleyn Ground as it would give Bilic something positive to dicuss in his upcoming team talk, which isn't promising to be fairly positive for the West Ham players at the moment.
39'
Swansea are just patiently playing their way towards half-time at the moment as West Ham have failed to recover from that Ayew goal which saw them go two goals down. Yes, the Hammers may have been impressive in the first 15 minutes or so, but they didn't take advantage of their dominance which opened the door for Guidolin's men to score.
37'
The previously vibrant atmosphere here this afternoon has been understandably subdued by those two Swansea goals, which have dealt a major blow to West Ham's already slight hopes of qualifying for the Champions League. Only just about halfway through the game, so plenty of time left, but they need a massive improvement after the break.
35'
The problem that West Ham have now is that they must open themselves up even MORE if they are to get back into this, which could indeed be playing straight into the hands of Swansea, who seem content to soak up the pressure before bursting free on the counter-attack. Interesting quandary for Bilic.
33'
Basically everyone involved with West Ham, be it the manager, players, or fans, are all sitting scratching their heads at the moment wondering how they are on the cusp on going into the break 2-0 down having dominated the match so much. They downfall has ultimately been pressing for the opener too much, which has created space in behind for the Swans to take advantage of.
31'
A. Ayew has scored a goal for Swansea City! Assist by S. Kingsley.
Fabulous work down the left channel by young Scot, Kingsley, who picks out Ayew with a wicked cross.
GOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLLL FOR SWANSEA! ANOTHER ONE ON THE COUNTER! West Ham are totally wide-open in midfield and the visitors take advantage to win the ball before moving forward down the left. Kingsley, who makes only his third appearance in the league, drives into space and fires a superb cross to the edge of the six-yard box for Ayew, who stabs an attempt past Randolph! Two-nil! How has this happened?!
29'
A POOR MISS FROM OGBONNA! Payet swings in another wicked cross deep into the penalty area and Fabianski only succeeds in punching away from goal by a few yards or so. The Italian latches on to the loose ball and goes for the half-volley, but he is leaning back to much and ultimately blasts well over the bar. A let-off for Swansea.
27'
Well, that certainly did not appear to be in the script for West Ham, who will be wondering just how they have ended up behind considering their excellent start to proceedings. Swansea, meanwhile, seem a lot more confident out there now and are certainly looking dangerous on the counter.
25'
W. Routledge has scored a goal for Swansea City! Assist by K. Naughton.
Intelligent assist for Naughton, who cushions a cross inside for Ayew to find the back of the net.
GOOOOAAAAAAAALLLL FOR SWANSEA! COMPLETELY AGAINST THE RUN OF PLAY! Ki makes his way into space down the left channel and picks out a quite lovely cross to the back post for Naughton, who subsequently recycles possession back into the danger area. Routledge is on hand to pass home from just a few yards out! Outstanding move! One-nil!
23'
Just beyond the midway point of the first half now and, surprisingly, we are still at a 0-0 stalemate even with West Ham being on top pretty much from the get-go. Fair play to Swansea, though, as they have been relatively resilient in their defending, even with club captain, Ashley Williams, not featuring in the starting back four today.
21'
PAYET!!! HOW CLOSE WAS THAT?! Swansea give away a free kick right in the territory from which West Ham are dangerous. The hosts' set-piece dangerman steps up and whips an outstanding strike over the wall aimed towards the far corner, but unfortunately for him it goes JUST wide! Really good attempt there.
19'
Swansea are, of course, known for their patient passing play since arriving in the Premier League, but today they have been unable to implement this tactic so far as the West Ham players are in the faces of the opposition all the time. The energetic Noble is continually winning the ball back in the middle of the park.
17'
West Ham play with so much freedom under Bilic, and they are certainly being helped by the outstanding atmosphere being created by the Boleyn Ground faithful, who are making the most of their penultimate time in their seats by shouting and cheering for everything. Terrific to see!
15'
VITAL interception from Cresswell! Swansea go on a rare venture into the final third and it is Barrow who sees his first action of the match with a powerful run into the area. He looks to pick out Ayew unmarked at the back post, but before the Ghana international can get on the end of it, the former Ipswich full-back steps it to clear behind for a corner.
13'
Swansea simply cannot get out of their own half at the moment, as West Ham are continuing to probe for the opener with intensity. A couple of good saves from Fabianski early doors, but not really a sustained threat against the Swans goal despite the possession coming from Bilic's men.
11'
Ki slips in the middle of the park whilst on the ball which allows West Ham to pounce to launch a counter-attack. Payet eventually receives possession to feet and attempts to typically cut back inside to get the shot away, but before the trigger is pulled Fer retreats well to bail out his South Korean team-mate with a well-timed tackle.
9'
JUST OVER FROM NOBLE! West Ham keep Swansea camped in and around their own penalty area with a nice little period of sustained possession and the ball eventually comes to the captain of the hosts, who hits a rasper of a strike north of the crossbar by a yard or so. Unlucky in the end.
7'
Payet, perhaps strangely considering how good his crosses are, opts to take a corner-kick short to Lanzini. The hosts lose possession, but then win it back shortly after with the Argentine leading the charge with a bursting run into the box, but no shot is made on goal as Amat is on hand to intercept.
5'
A very vibrant start to proceedings here in London, as West Ham look to take the lead in these early stages. Guidolin has indeed made a few changes to the Swansea line-up today, but the players being given a chance are yet to adapt to the tempo as the Hammers are well on top.
3'
Fabianski is called into action TWICE in quick succession in these early stages! The first attempt comes from Payet, who rifles a strike low towards the corner which is turned behind for a corner-kick. From the resulting set-piece, Reid powers a header at goal, but the Hammers are once again thwarted by the Swansea keeper!

We are underway in this clash between West Ham and Swansea!
The tears are sure to start flowing this afternoon for Hammers fans as their team plays its last every 3pm Premier League kick-off at their famous Boleyn Ground in Upton Park. The field has been the home of West Ham for 112 years since its construction in 1904, but with residency in the 2012 Olympic Stadium up for grabs, the capital club find themselves moving into a new home from the start of next season,
Good afternoon football fans! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the Barclays Premier League clash between West Ham and Swansea from the Boleyn Ground.
The last game to ever take place at the Boleyn Ground will be this midweek when the Hammers take on Manchester United, but any sentiment will need to wait until after full-time as are there is only one place between the sides in the league. The hosts could be celebrating European football as well as one of England's most famous football grounds, though, as the bubbles float out on to the pitch for the last time.
Slaven Bilic has been a revelation at West Ham since taking charge last summer, and with three games to go, has already guided the London outfit to their best ever Premier League points total. They still have a very slight chance of getting into the Champions League, also, as they are currently placed in sixth, just five points away from the last qualification place. Europa League entry seems more likely, but there is still all to play for even at this stage of the season.
Swansea visit London this afternoon knowing that their status in England's top-flight has been secured, mainly due to the upturn in form since the appointment of Francesco Guidolin. The Swans are currently down in 13th with 43 points taken from 36 matches, and are coming off a superb win against Liverpool last week when they ran out 3-1 winners against Jurgen Klopp's outfit, with a double from Jordan Ayew and a goal from Jack Cork sealing the three points.
TEAM NEWS...
West Ham (4-2-3-1): Randolph; Antonio, Reid, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Kouyate, Noble; Moses, Payet, Lanzini; Carroll.
Half-time in this Premier League clash. West Ham's hopes of qualifying for the Champions League via fourth place have been dealt a blow here as they go into the break 2-0 down against Swansea, who have netted two lovely goals on the break through Wayne Routledge and Andre Ayew. The Hammers started the match superbly, but were guilty of leaving far too much space in behind, and were ultimately punished by the resilient Swans. A very interesting second period to come!
Full-time at the Boleyn Ground. West Ham fail to give their fans something to cheer about in the last ever 3pm Premier League kick-off at Upton Park as Swansea run out comprehensive 4-1 winners. The Hammers started the match well, but eventually succumbed to defeat after goals from Wayne Routledge, Andre Ayew, Ki Sung-Yueng, and Bafetimbi Gomis, as the hosts today see their Champions League qualification dream go up in smoke. Thanks for joining us, see you next time!
