MANCHESTER CITY ARE PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS!
Thanks for joining our commentary this afternoon. Until next time, goodbye.
A stunning defeat for Manchester United at the hands of West Brom delivers the Premier League title to Manchester City. The Red Devils were not at the races at all today, struggling for rhythm in the final third. The Baggies were tenacious at the back, while Jay Rodriguez delivered the crucial goal for his team and City, nodding home from close range. There could be a glimmer of hope for West Brom and at the least it's a performance for their fans to be proud of this term. It's utter humiliation for Jose Mourinho after the high of the Manchester derby as United surrender the crown to their bitter rivals.
