M. Fellaini enters the game and replaces A. Sánchez.
A final United substitution sees Alexis Sanchez, who has been excellent, replaced by Marouane Fellaini.
90' +3
We’re into the third minute of five minutes added on at Wembley, as Sanchez races clear down the right and relieves some of the pressure on United’s defence.
90' +2
Great defending there by Dier! Lukaku does well in the middle of the park to power away from his marker and set Rashford free, but the United youngster can’t get it out of his feet, and Dier gets back to make a vital challenge.
90'
Ander Herrera gets yellow.
A booking for who, as it stands, is United’s winning goalscorer - Herera picks up a yellow card for dragging back Lucas.
89'
CHANCE! Lamela delivers a fantastic cross, which Wanyama meets, but only manages to send his header over the bar.
88'
Tottenham looks short of ideas, with Pochettino’s attacking changes having done little to add any inventiveness so far. However, they do have a free-kick now down on the left close to the area, with Sanchez having brought down Vertonghen.
86'
É. Lamela enters the game and replaces Son Heung-Min.
A final change for Tottenham. Erik Lamela is on, replacing Son.
85'
M. Rashford gets yellow.
Rashford has only been on the pitch for three minutes, but already finds himself in the book for simulation, having feigned contact from Sanchez’s challenge.
83'
M. Rashford enters the game and replaces J. Lingard.
That will be Jesse Lingard’s last involvement, as he makes way for fellow United academy graduate Marcus Rashford.
81'
E. Dier gets yellow.
Lingard makes another great, darting run out wide, dragging Dier out of position and drawing a foul from the England man.

Description
80'
M. Darmian enters the game and replaces A. Valencia.
Antonio Valencia’s race is run, as United’s captain hobbles off with a knock. Matteo Darmian is his replacement. Ashley Young takes the armband.
78'
V. Wanyama enters the game and replaces M. Dembélé.
A change for Tottenham. Mousa Dembele is off, Victor Wanyama on.
77'
Slack play from Valencia, who fell on the ball to try and prevent Alli getting free down the left, claiming a foul. There was no offence, however, and it is ultimately the United man who concedes the free-kick when he brings down Alli after he managed to prod the ball free.
76'
Pogba is really clicking into gear now, and has just lashed a venomous effort at Vorm that the Tottenham goalkeeper did well to keep out.
74'
CLOSE! Eriksen sends a dipping strike towards goal, but it flashes just wide of De Gea’s left-hand upright.
72'
Indeed, Tottenham have altered their system slightly. It appears that Dier has moved to the centre of defence, with Vertonghen shifting to left-back. Eriksen and Alli are playing ahead of Dembele in midfield, with Lucas and Son occupying the flanks.
71'
A. Young gets yellow.
A yellow card has been shown to Young for time wasting.
70'
A bit of a flashpoint now, as Dembele barges into Sanchez with a high arm. There was not much in it, to be honest, but United’s players complain anyway. Anthony Taylor, with the help of VAR, confirms there was no wrongdoing, however.
68'
Lucas Moura enters the game and replaces B. Davies.
A first change for Tottenham, and it seems likely to result in a shift of systems, as full-back Ben Davies makes way for winger Lucas Moura.
64'
CLOSE! Pogba plays a brilliant ball over the top, which Lukaku chases down before driving back into the area, squaring up Vertonghen and unleashing a low shot that nestles into the side-netting.
62'
Ander Herrera has scored a goal for Manchester United! Assist by R. Lukaku.
Lukaku did well initially to tee up Sanchez, who played it back into the Belgian’s path. The 24-year-old’s touch was a poor one, but Lingard let it run and Herrera, who has been excellent overall, was on hand to thump home.
GOOOOAAALLLL!!! HERRERA PUTS UNITED AHEAD! This subdued second half has just sparked into life, as Herrera smashes United into the lead after latching onto a sloppy touch from Lukaku.
59'
Good work from Smalling, who manages to keep his footing long enough to deflect Kane’s close-range effort wide, after the Tottenham forward had been played in by Alli.
57'
CLOSE! Eriksen gets free down the right and delivers an inviting first-time ball, but Alli can’t get on the end of it.
53'
Some appeals for a penalty from United now, as Vertonghen bundles into Lingard, but there is, rightly, nothing doing for Anthony Taylor.
50'
D. Alli gets yellow.
A booking now for Alli, after he dragged down his England team-mate Lingard in the middle of the park following the breakdown of a Tottenham attack.
48'
A nervy moment there for Trippier, as he fails to generate the power required on his header to reach Vorm. Sanchez, for a moment, looks set to capitalise, but fortunately for Tottenham the Chilean slips and can’t get there.
46'
We're back to the action at Wembley. No changes for either side at the interval.
45' +2
OFF THE POST! Dier tries his luck from distance after been afforded far too much space. De Gea is beaten by the midfielder’s low effort, which took a deflection, but the ball clatters off the upright!
45' +1
There will be two minutes of added time…
44'
Pogba goes for the spectacular with a long-range strike that was curling towards the far corner, but Vorm gets across to make a save.
41'
Eriksen is again the architect of a dangerous attack with a superb first-time pass into Son, whose cross is deflected out for a corner.
40'
The game has just entered a bit of a lull, now, with the players possibly catching breath after what has been a whirlwind first half. Five minutes to go until the interval…
37'
Eriksen plays Son through with a brilliant pass, but the South Korean can’t keep his effort on target. It wouldn’t have counted anyway, however, as the offside flag was up.
34'
Tottenham’s playmaker elects to go for something different, sliding a pass out to Trippier. The former Burnley man’s touch isn’t great, though, and by the time he gets a cross in, United’s defence are in place to clear the danger.
33'
Clumsy from Herrera, who scythes down Kane around 30 yards out from goal, which is just about in Eriksen’s range…
29'
Things are swiftly evened up on the bookings front, as Anthony Taylor shows Son a caution for a cynical foul on Sanchez.
28'
Son Heung-Min gets yellow.
CHANCE! United are having a lot of joy from delivering quality crosses into the area, and this time it’s Lukaku who turns provider with an excellent dink into the six-yard box. Lingard is there to meet it, but failed to get up quickly enough, only able to turn his header wide.
27'
A. Valencia gets yellow.
A first booking of the game goes to Valencia, who lunged in high on Alli. In fact, the United captain is fortunate to escape with just a caution, as that could easily have been a red.
24'
A. Sánchez has scored a goal for Manchester United! Assist by P. Pogba.
United needed their star players to turn up today, and in that instance, Pogba and Sanchez certainly did. Dembele was sloppy but Pogba was on hand to pick up the pieces and deliver the quality needed - Sanchez ready and waiting to head home.
GOOOOAAAALLLL!!! SANCHEZ LEVELS IT UP! Well, it looked as though it would be Tottenham who took control, but United have now restored parity. Dembele turned into trouble down the right, allowing Pogba to capitalise and whip in a delightful cross, from which Sanchez - the Wembley expert - brilliantly heads home.
22'
Young duly delivers a good free-kick, but Kane is there to get a head on it. United work it back in, but once more it is Tottenham’s forward who gets to it first, hooking it clear.
21'
An opportunity for Young to deliver now, after Eriksen fouls Pogba around 35 yards out...
20'
Valencia shows all of his experience and quality as he stands his ground against Son, who had isolated the Ecuadorian one-on-one. Davies delivers a good cross from the following corner, but United’s defence clear it.
17'
Dembele starts a swift Tottenham attack with a neat piece of footwork in the middle of the park, and Alli then turns it into Kane. He tees up Eriksen, but the former Ajax playmaker slips as he takes his shot, skewing it wide.
16'
Alli is on fine form at the moment, and acts as Tottenham’s playmaker with a brilliant ball out wide to Trippier, who is well marshalled by Young. Tottenham get it back and work it down the left, Alli darting to the front post to connect with Son’s cross, but Jones is on hand to make a block.
15'
Tottenham are looking rampant now! Alli twists and turns past United’s midfield, laying it off to Son, who picks his head up before floating in a dangerous cross. Kane is waiting for it, but can’t quite stretch far enough to connect.
13'
That Lukaku miss looks even worse now, and unless the Belgian comes up with a big-game performance, question marks may well remain over Lukaku’s form against the very top clubs in English football.
11'
D. Alli has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by C. Eriksen.
It was nothing more than a long ball out from the back that set Eriksen away, and the Dane made sure to take full advantage by getting clear of his marker before curling in a precise delivery.
GOOOOOAAAAAALLLL!!! ALLI SCORES! It took Tottenham 11 seconds to take the lead in the league fixture here in January, and in the 11th minute, Eriksen has just delivered a perfect cross to the far post, where Alli had raced into the area and was on hand to nudge it home.
9'
Some hopeful penalty shouts from the United faithful, as Sanchez goes down on the edge of the area, but Anthony Taylor is unmoved. United keep up the pressure - Matic lofting in a cross to the back post, but Lukaku - who has netted in every round of the FA Cup so far this term - can’t keep his header down.
7'
Lingard makes a superb run in behind Tottenham’s defence, only to drill his cross straight at Vertonghen, and Tottenham manage to clear their lines from the resulting corner. It has been an extremely open start at Wembley.
5'
United midfielder Nemanja Matic scored a sensational goal to help Chelsea overcome Tottenham in last term’s semi-final, and the Serbian will be crucial in breaking down Tottenham’s attacking play today, giving Pogba the license to push on and support the front three.
2'
More pressure from Tottenham, as Son gets the better of Valencia down the left. The South Korea international hesitates in delivering a cross, however, and by the time he finally gets the ball out of his feet, Valencia is able to recover and make a block.
1'
KICK OFF! We are underway at Wembley! Straight from the off, Kane gets Tottenham on the front foot, driving forward from deep before unleashing a shot that deflects out for a corner.
Hello football fans, and welcome to LIVE coverage of the FA Cup semi-final tie between Premier League heavyweights Manchester United and Tottenham at Wembley!
Tottenham may well believe they have an advantage over United side heading into this one at the national stadium, considering Mauricio Pochettino’s side have called Wembley their home for this campaign.
This will be United’s 29th appearance in the FA Cup semi-finals, although Jose Mourinho - whose side lost to eventual runners up Chelsea in the quarter-finals last season - will have to ensure his team are on top form today to progress.
Manchester United (4-3-3): De Gea; Valencia, Smalling, Jones, Young; Matic, Herrera, Pogba; Lingard, Lukaku, Sanchez.
Manchester United substitutes: Lindelof, Mata, Martial, Rashford, Fellaini, Darmian, Pereira.
While United come into this on the back of a 2-0 win at Bournemouth, Tottenham failed to bounce back from their defeat to Manchester City as they only managed a 1-1 draw with Brighton, and both managers will be demanding a reaction from their sides.
Six changes in total for Tottenham. Toby Alderweireld, heavily linked with a move away from the club in the upcoming transfer window, returned against Brighton, but he is back on the bench today, replaced by Davinson Sanchez, while Kieran Trippier is in for Serge Aurier. In midfield, Moussa Sissoko and Victor Wanyama make way for Mousa Dembele and Eric Dier, while ahead of that Lucas Moura drops out, with Dele Alli coming back in. Michel Vorm replaces Hugo Lloris in goal.
Tottenham substitutes: Lloris, Alderweireld, Lamela, Wanyama, Sissoko, Aurier, Lucas Moura.
Alexis Sanchez put in a superb, match-winning performance in the FA Cup final last term, as Arsenal overcame Chelsea 2-1. And the winger, despite a series of iffy performances, also remains in the side, with Anthony Martial dropping out.
The teams are out at Wembley, where the atmosphere is crackling with anticipation for what should be an enthralling cup tie!
Tottenham have already beaten United once at Wembley this term - Christian Eriksen scoring within 11 seconds as Pochettino’s side cruised to a convincing win.
Sergio Romero has been Mourinho’s goalkeeper of choice for the cup competitions this term, but the Argentine isn’t fit to be in United's squad at all today. Paul Pogba remains in Mourinho's side, despite the reported dispute between the manager and United's number six.
HALF-TIME! It’s all square at the break at Wembley, in what has been a facilitating contest so far.
Alli put Tottenham ahead after 11 minutes, but after Pochettino’s side squandered some decent chances to double their tally, United rallied - Pogba’s brilliant cross teeing up Sanchez to equalise.
Tottenham got the opener on 11 minutes - Dele Alli nudging home Christian Eriksen’s cross - but Alexis Sanchez soon hauled the Red Devils level.
FULL TIME! Manchester United are through to the final, with Ander Herrera’s effort close to the hour proving the difference!
That’s all for now. Until next time, thank you and goodbye!
United will now await the winner of the other semi-final, in which Chelsea take on Southampton.
And, after a subdued opening to the second half, Spaniard Herrera capitalised on a loose ball to fire home and send Jose Mourinho’s side through.
Tottenham could have snatched the lead on the stroke of half-time, though - Dier rattling the woodwork. It has been an enthralling encounter, and it’s anybody’s game as it stands.
