N. Wells enters the game and replaces J. Guðmundsson.
Final change for Burnley, with Wells replacing Gudmundsson.

OFF THE POST! Welbeck sets his eyes at goal after receiving a pass from Mkhitaryan and fires a ferocious shot that cannons back off the post.
86'
Arsenal still banging on the door and looking for more but Aubameyang's ball into the middle to Ramsey was poor. It's put behind for a corner but that comes to nothing.
84'
Some fans have elected to leave early and miss the end of game presentations, which is a shame considering the fine people who Arsenal will be waving goodbye to. I suppose London traffic is an issue though.
82'
I'm surely not the only one hoping for a last-gasp goal for Per Mertesacker this afternoon!
80'
Arsenal really have been in full swing today. Lacazette, Aubameyang, Bellerin and Wilshere all excellent today.
78'
Aubameyang beats Tarkowski for pace and surges down on goal. Chasing a hat-trick, he unselfishly tries to pass across to Welbeck but his attempt is sloppy.
77'
P. Mertesacker enters the game and replaces C. Chambers.
And there's the change I've been expecting. Chambers makes way for Mertesacker to make his farewell appearance at the Emirates Stadium, with Cech immediately giving him the captain's armband.
75'
P. Aubameyang has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by Héctor Bellerín.
Bellerin, as mentioned, has been in excellent form today.
GOAL! High five for Wenger and Arsenal! Another easy finish for Aubameyang, as Bellerin again delivers brilliantly for the club's record signing and the Gabon international makes no mistake to secure his second of the game. Two for him this afternoon!
72'
A. Ramsey enters the game and replaces J. Wilshere.
D. Welbeck enters the game and replaces A. Lacazette.
Arsenal's first change sees Wilshere, potentially in his last home appearance for the Gunners, replaced by Ramsey.
The second switch sees Lacazette's afternoon come to a close, with Welbeck introduced.

G. Nkoudou enters the game and replaces A. Lennon.
One former Spurs man replaced by a current one, as Lennon is replaced by Tottenham loanee Nkoudou.
70'
Another Burnley corner comes and goes without too many concerns for Arsenal, while we're seeing a number of players getting stripped and ready on the sidelines.
68'
Wilshere in full flow in the middle, sparking another Arsenal attack, but this time Burnley block Kolasinac's shot. We're still awaiting any changes from the Gunners and I'm still expecting Mertesacker to enter the frame to get his own farewell from the fans.
66'
Arsenal picking Burnley apart here and look in the mood for more. There's plenty of time to extend their lead and the Gunners have a very strong bench to select from when they make changes.
64'
A. Iwobi has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by P. Aubameyang.
GOAL! It's four for Arsenal! The hosts hit on the counter-attack as Iwobi tees the ball out wide to Aubameyang, before drifting into the middle inside the box and getting the ball in return. He takes one touch and smashes home into the top corner.
Another assist for Aubameyang, who has performed brilliantly out on the left today.
63'
A decent period in the match for Burnley, who win another corner. Tarkowski's header is blocked though and Arsenal look to break.
61'
Into the final half hour as Burnley win a corner, which is taken by Gudmundsson. The Iceland international curls it to the far post where Long heads it back across the face of goal but there's nobody there to take advantage.
57'
Arsenal have shown no European hangover after their heartbreak in Madrid and have given Wenger a performance to be proud of today. It's sure to be an emotional finish but the Gunners will certainly be enjoying themselves.
55'
WIDE! Arsenal inches away from a fourth, as Mkhitaryan finds space to shoot and curls an effort agonisingly wide of the post.
54'
S. Kolašinac has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by J. Wilshere.
Brilliant from Wilshere, who's banging on the door for a spot at the World Cup.
GOAL! That's the third! Wilshere drives forward from midfield and feeds Kolasinac just inside the box, who drills a fierce shot across Pope and into the far corner. Superb finish, brilliant goal.
52'
Arsenal are dominating in the wide areas, where both of their goals have been created, which is exciting to see. If only the Gunners had played like this throughout the season.
50'
Cech again called into action as Lowton fires a low cross into the middle, which the veteran stopper palms away. Burnley showing signs of life after a poor first half.
49'
SAVE! First we've seen from Burnley in an attacking sense, as Hendricks whips a cross into the middle where Vokes rises above Mavropanos but sees his header saved by Cech.
47'
OVER! Almost the perfect start to the second half for Arsenal as Aubameyang bursts down the left, pokes a ball across to Wilshere and the England World Cup hopeful flicks an attempt over the bar.
45' +3
A. Lacazette has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by Héctor Bellerín.
GOAL! Arsenal double their advantage! The Gunners continue to find plenty of room down the right and Bellerin scoops a cross into the near post, where Lacazette taps home his 14th Premier League goal of the season.
Bellerin was really poor on Thursday against Atletico Madrid but I'm pleased to say he's been one of Arsenal's better performers today.
45' +1
FOUR minutes of time added on at the end of the first period.
45'
KICK-OFF! Back underway at the Emirates, where the players will be pleased to see the majority of the field is now covered by shade. Burnley get us started.
44'
J. Tarkowski gets yellow.
First yellow of the game is to Tarkowski.
SAVE! Xhaka pings a pass to Mkhitaryan, who plays a one-two with Lacazette, and strikes an effort towards goal. It takes a deflection but Pope, in the running to start for England at the World Cup, makes the save.
42'
A game of very few chances, I can't honestly recall any of note excluding the goal that Arsenal scored. Both sides should be grateful there isn't anything on the line today as this hasn't been good viewing.
40'
Another short break in play for further treatment, with young Mavropanos requiring some attention, but he looks like he'll be able to continue.
38'
Arsenal try to do something clever with a corner, playing it back to Wilshere on the edge of the area, but Burnley are alert. The Gunners retain possession but will start from the back.
36'
Shaky moment again for Arsenal in defence, as Mavropanos plays a poor pass back to Cech and almost concedes a corner.
34'
I anticipate a lot of changes in the second half and would be extremely suprised if Mertesacker remained a substitute for the entirety of the game. We've seen Arsenal's new era at the back so far today, with Chambers and Mavropanos doing well in the heart of defence.
32'
The game has got a very end of season feel to it, with Arsenal dominating but not exactly tearing it apart as Mkhitaryan fires an attempt over the bar.
30'
Really disappointing from Burnley so far, who've not offered a lot. They've struggled to rise to the occasion, which is a concern ahead of their European adventure next year.
28'
Arsenal's dynamic attack is looking dangerous, with Lacazette, Iwobi, Mkhitaryan and Aubameyang popping up all over the place. They're making it very difficult for Burnley to track the runners and a second goal looks imminent.
24'
Shaky moment for Arsenal at the back as Iwobi and Bellerin miskick their clearances, with the latter conceding a corner. Gudmundsson whips it into the middle but Cech charges off his line to snatch the ball out of the air.
22'
S. Vokes enters the game and replaces A. Barnes.
Barnes trots off with his arm in a makeshift sling after hurting his shoulder and Vokes is introduced in his place.
20'
Wenger listening to the fans wishes with a cheeky wave, as Xhaka and Barnes receive treatment after clashing in the middle of the field.
18'
So far, so good for Arsenal. The Gunners have dominated proceedings and have the lead, which has allowed the celebrations to kick into full swing.
14'
P. Aubameyang has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by A. Lacazette.
Fantastic build-up play and movement from Lacazette. Arsenal may have some issues to fix but the next manager is going to inherit a very exciting duo with the club's two most expensive signings of all-time.
GOAL! Arsenal take the lead! Bellerin finds space down the right, cuts back to Lacazette and the France striker plays a quick one-two with Iwobi. He drills an attempt across the face of goal and Aubameyang is there to tap home.
12'
Well, the noise so far this afternoon has been good but the standard of football hasn't. Arsenal continue to enjoy the lion's share of possession but Burnley are defending tightly, limiting the space the Gunners have to exploit.
8'
Not just Wenger Arsenal fans are saying goodbye to today as Mertesacker, on the bench, will retire at the end of the season and kitman Vic Akers will also be stepping down after 33 years at the club. There's also still the chance that this could be the last time Wilshere plays for Arsenal at the Emirates.
6'
Burnley having to cope with the early pressure from Arsenal, although the hosts are yet to ask any questions of Nick Pope between the sticks.
4'
A hint at what the fans want to see? The Emirates Stadium has just erupted into a chant for legendary former skipper Patrick Vieira, who's believed to be in the running to take charge at the club this summer.
3'
A fairly slow start in north London but Arsenal are dictating the early tempo.

KICK-OFF! For the last time under Wenger, we're underway at the Emirates Stadium and Arsenal get us started.
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE coverage of Arsenal v Burnley in the Premier League, in what is sure to be an emotional day at the Emirates Stadium as Arsene Wenger takes charge of the Gunners at home for the final time.
Arsenal's hopes of a fairytale farewell were ended on Thursday evening with a 1-0 defeat against Atletico Madrid in the Europa League, ensuring the Gunners will be without Champions League football for a second season in a row. It's not been a campaign to remember but Wenger will be desperate to go out on a high.
Meanwhile, Burnley will be in a celebratory mood as results yesterday have ensured that the Clarets will be playing Europa League football next season. Sean Dyche's side have performed well above expectations this season and taking points off Arsenal, ruining Wenger's farwell in the process, would be a major coup for the club.
Arsenal XI: Petr Cech; Hector Bellerin, Konstantinos Mavropanos, Calum Chambers, Sead Kolasinac; Jack Wilshere, Granit Xhaka; Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Alex Iwobi, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang; Alexandre Lacazette.
Burnley XI: Nick Pope; Matthew Lowton, Kevin Long, James Tarkowski, Stephen Ward; Aaron Lennon, Jack Cork, Ashley Westwood, Johann Berg Gudmundsson; Jeff Hendrick; Ashley Barnes.
Arsenal subs: David Ospina, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Per Mertesacker, Nacho Monreal, Aaron Ramsey, Danny Welbeck, Shkodran Mustafi.
Burnley subs: Tom Heaton, Charlie Taylor, Georges-Kevin Nkoudou, Dean Marney, Sam Vokes, Nahki Wells, Phil Bardsley.
Arsenal make seven changes to the side that lost in Madrid on Thursday, bringing in Cech, Mavropanos, Chambers, Kolasinac, Aubameyang, Iwobi and Mkhitaryan. Ramsey, Monreal, Mustafi and Ospina drop to the bench, while Laurent Koscielny is injured and Mesut Ozil doesn't make the squad.
Burnley make just a single change to the side that drew 0-0 with Brighton last week, bringing Hendrick in to play behind Barnes in attack. Chris Wood is the player who drops out, with the New Zealand international carrying a knock.
Wenger has just come out to a standing ovation at the Emirates Stadium as well as a guard of honour from both teams and coaches, as well as the match officials.
Lacazette and Aubameyang have both played very well so far today, providing encouragement for next season, while it's also positive to see Bellerin return to form. Young Mavropanos is also earning plenty of plaudits for his performance at the back, while Xhaka is dictating the tempo well in midfield.
HALF-TIME! Arsenal in cruise control in Arsene Wenger's final home game, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette on the scoresheet. Burnley haven't offered anything in the way of threat and the Gunners look set to wave goodbye to their legendary boss in style.
Burnley, meanwhile, are playing like they're already on their summer break. Europa League football is already secured and Sean Dyche's side are ending the season on a whimper with nothing to fight for.
FULL TIME! A perfect final day at the Emirates Stadium for Arsene Wenger, as Arsenal run riot against Burnley to seal a 5-0 victory. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette, Alex Iwobi and Sead Kolasinac were all on the scoresheet, while Danny Welbeck hit the post late on.
A vintage performance from Arsenal to honour Wenger after his 22 years of dedicated service to the north London side, with the Gunners now set to wave goodbye to the legendary Frenchman. It's also goodbye for captain Per Mertesacker, who's taking a coaching role with the academy, and kitman Vic Akers.
Burnley, having seen their place in the Europa League next season secured by yesterday's results, were never in the game this afternoon and it's a disappointing performance for Sean Dyche's side, who complete their campaign next weekend at home against Bournemouth.
