Late Burnley change, with Aaron Lennon replaced by Dwight McNeil, who is making his Premier League debut.
90' +3
C. Wilson has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth! Assist by J. Defoe.
GOOOAAALLL BOURNEMOUTH LEAD! Wilson scores late on to surely nick all three points for the Cherries! Long slips deep inside his own half, which allows Defoe to nick the ball off him and the striker sprints through on goal, but with Tarkowski closing him down, he opts to square the ball to Wilson who was in a better position, who then slots the ball past Pope and into the back of the net.
Defoe was very unselfish there, he could've gone for goal himself but instead he passed the ball to Wilson, who showed great composure to fire his effort past Pope.
90'
There will be a minimum of four minutes added time played here.
89'
BOURNEMOUTH CHANCE! Wilson with a superb effort from 25 yards out which strikes the outside of the post and bounces out of play. Pope was scrambling across his goal there, I'm not sure he would've saved that if it was a couple of inches inside the post.
88'
As it stands here at Turf Moor, Burnley will finish in seventh position on 55 points, meanwhile Bournemouth will end the season in 12th spot on 42 points.
87'
There are just a few minutes left on the clock now, can either side go and score the winning goal, to end the season on a high?
82'
It's all Bournemouth at the moment, they are keeping Burnley penned inside their own half and the Clarets are having to sit deeper and deeper in order to soak up the pressure. Therefore all of the noise is now being made by the travelling supporters, who are positioned behind the goal that their team are attacking.
81'
Good news for Bournemouth as Cook looks fine to continue here, after receiving some medical treatment.
80'
N. Wells enters the game and replaces J. Guðmundsson.
Burnley make their second substitution, with Gudmundsson replaced by Wells.
Minute
Description
78'
A big injury worry for Bournemouth now, as Cook is down injured and it doesn't look good for the centre-back, especially as the Cherries have made all of their changes.
77'
Bournemouth look full of confidence now after leveling the scoreline and they will be hopeful of scoring another to take all three points back to the South coast.
74'
J. King has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth! Assist by C. Daniels.
GOOOAAALLL BOURNEMOUTH EQUALISE! King levels the scoreline for the Cherries with a beautiful finish. The visitors had been pressing for the last few minutes, Defoe forced Pope into making a good save from a close-range header and then Burnley failed to clear their lines. King picks it up, runs at the Burnley defence and then curls the ball straight into the top corner. There was nothing that Pope could do about that, a fine finish.
Daniels took advantage of some slack defending by Burnley, he wins the ball back and then lays it off to King inside the box, who produces a brilliant finish to make it 1-1 at Turf Moor.
72'
We're now halfway through the second half and both sides are going all out to try and score the next goal, as this game could still go either way because it is very open and Bournemouth look much more dangerous in attack now, with Wilson, King and Defoe all on the pitch.
67'
PENALTY SHOUT! Bournemouth are appealing for a penalty after King is brought down in the area by Lennon. The striker nicked the ball past Lennon, just on the byline and the winger appears to take the legs away from the Cherries man, but the referee only awards a corner.
66'
J. Defoe enters the game and replaces T. Mings.
Mings is having to come off due to injury and he has been replaced by Jermain Defoe. It now looks like Bournemouth have switched to a back four, with Fraser and Daniels tucking into the full-back positions.
65'
We have a stoppage in play at the moment, as Mings is down with a knee injury. The defender is making his first start for Bournemouth since September, after a long period on the sidelines with injuries.
63'
Despite playing better in this second half, Bournemouth are giving the ball away far too easily, there has been too many sloppy passes in the middle of the pitch, which will really frustrate Eddie Howe.
61'
S. Vokes enters the game and replaces C. Wood.
Burnley respond by making their first change of the afternoon, however it appears to be an enforced one, with Chris Wood limping off and he has been replaced by Sam Vokes.
59'
C. Wilson enters the game and replaces L. Mousset.
D. Gosling enters the game and replaces E. Hyndman.
Hyndman also makes his way off the pitch for Bournemouth and he has been replaced by Dan Gosling.
Bournemouth make their first substitution of the game, with Lys Mousset coming off and he has been replaced by Callum Wilson.
57'
Mings tries an ambitious effort at goal from around 30 yards out, however Lennon gets out to him quickly and makes a superb block which sends the ball out for a Bournemouth corner. However, the set piece is poor as Pope comfortably gathers the ball in the air, under little pressure.
55'
The second half has a much more open feel to it, with the game end-to-end and the pace has certainly picked up, making it a much better spectacle for the supporters who have been in superb voice all afternoon.
53'
Burnley are dominating the game once again, with Gudmundsson and Ward linking up very well down the left, just like they did in the first-half which is causing Bournemouth quite a few problems.
49'
Burnley chance! Hendrick with a decent opportunity to double Burnley's lead, he turns and fires a low shot at goal on the volley from just inside the penalty area, but his effort is straight at Begovic who makes a good save.
47'
Bright start by Bournemouth in the opening few minutes of the second half. They win a corner and the set piece finds King deep in the penalty area, he chests it down and fires an effort at goal but is is blocked, the rebound then falls to Ake, but his header is also blocked and the Cherries win another corner. However, the second corner comes to nothing.
46'
The second half is underway!
45' +1
That's the half-time whistle!
45'
There will be a minimum of one minute added time played here.
39'
C. Wood has scored a goal for Burnley! Assist by A. Westwood.
Westwood's shot looked to be heading on target, but it strikes Wood and the striker tucks the ball home from just a couple of yards out.
GOOOAAALLL! BURNLEY LEAD! Wood puts the Clarets ahead after good, patient build-up by the hosts. A low ball comes into the penalty area from the left, which Westwood meets and he fires an effort at goal, however it strikes Wood from close range, which wrong-foots Begovic and the ball goes into the back of the net! Not sure how much Wood knew about the goal, but as a striker he was in the right place, at the right time.
35'
The hosts dealt well with the early Bournemouth pressure and they now look the better side going forward and are starting to cause problems of their own. However, it is very end-to-end with neither team being able to enjoy sustained spells of possession.
32'
OFFSIDE! Wood misses a huge chance to give Burnley the lead but luckily for him, the linesman has his flag up for offside. Lowton made a run behind the Bournemouth defence, but he sets off slightly too early and moves into an offside position, which is picked up by the officials. However, the right-back put a superb ball into box for Wood who had an open goal to aim at, but somehow it manages to put it over the bar!
30'
Decent chance! Burnley with their best opportunity of the game. Wood manages to head the ball back into the middle of the box after a deep cross into the area, it then bounces dangerously around, before falling to Hendrick. The midfielder tries to work space for a shot but he takes too long and gets crowded out, so he lays it off to Cork, who fires a low effort at goal but it goes just wide of the Bournemouth goal.
28'
Midway through the first half and neither team are yet to break the deadlock here, Bournemouth have looked more dangerous in attack but the game is yet to really spark into life.
24'
Bournemouth are starting to dominate the game now, they are having all of the ball and look the more threatening side going forward, with the pace of Ibe, Fraser and King really starting to cause the Clarets some problems.
21'
GOOD SAVE! Pope is forced into making the first stop of the game. Mousset was given far too much time and space in the box after being picked out by Ibe, he runs onto the ball and fires a low effort at goal, but Pope denied him with a terrific save.
20'
Decent effort! Ibe takes on Tarkowski on the edge of the box, he gets an inch of space and fires a low effort towards goal which looked perfect for a teammate to slide onto the end of and tap the ball home. However, none of the Bournemouth players anticipate the cross and the ball goes straight out of play for a goal kick.
17'
The resulting corner comes to nothing, as Wood is penalised for a foul on Begovic as the keeper tried to claim the ball in the air. However, it appears to be a harsh decision by the referee, with Wood not really doing much wrong there, he was just standing his ground in the box.
16'
Better by Burnley! They play the ball much quicker and work it well down the left, Ward gets deep into the Bournemouth final third and tries to pick Wood out in the box with a cross, but his effort is blocked and goes out for a corner.
14'
The game needs an injection of pace, as neither side are really threatening to open the scoring here. It is a very even game, with Burnley now started to play the ball around the pitch, but it is all in the middle of the pitch and there is little intensity about the game.
11'
Both teams are playing with a sense of freedom this afternoon, they know that their Premier League survival is secure and they can just go onto the pitch and enjoy playing football. A few players may be looking to put in good performances today to make their way into the managers plans for next season, as focus will already be turning towards that.
8'
Burnley win the first corner of the game, with Gudmundsson set to take the set piece. The corner is deep towards the back post and is met by the head of Tarkowski, but his header is weak and goes harmlessly out of play.
7'
Bournemouth have started the brighter of the two sides, they are enjoying more possession and are playing the ball nicely around the pitch early on. Fraser looks lively once again, he is breaking forward down the right at every opportunity, using his pace to stretch Burnley, as are King and Ibe.
3'
The sun is shining at Turf Moor this afternoon and the Burnley supporters are in fine voice, already creating a superb atmosphere as the Clarets look to end the season with yet another victory.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth secured their first win in six Premier League games against Swansea last week, having lost their previous three. They currently sit 12th in the table, but with a victory today they could potentially move up to 10th. Although a defeat could see them drop down to 15th if other results go against them.
TEAM NEWS: There is no place in the Burnley squad for the departing duo of Scott Arfield and Dean Marney, who both opted to miss out on today's game. However, 18-year-old Dwight McNeil is making his first appearance on the Clarets bench, after he was awarded the club's young player of the year award. Meanwhile for the visitors, Mings comes back into the side, whilst Cook, Pugh and Wilson drop out of the starting line-up.
HALF-TIME: BURNLEY 1-0 BOURNEMOUTH
Burnley lead at the break after a scrappy goal by Chris Wood from close range. Bournemouth had the better of the early chances with Pope having to make a couple of decent saves to deny the visitors, but Burnley grew into the game and started to inflict some pressure of their own on the Cherries, ultimately finishing the half on top.
FULL-TIME: BURNLEY 1-2 BOURNEMOUTH
That's all from us folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Bournemouth secure all three points at Turf Moor, despite being behind for the majority of the game. King scored the equaliser for the visitors, after Wood had given Burnley the lead in the first half. It was a much better second half performance by the Cherries, with Wilson scoring the winner late on after a huge defensive error by Long. However, it doesn't make any difference to the table, with Burnley having already secured European football next season while Bournemouth finish the season in 12th.
