Xabi Prieto enters the game and replaces Zurutuza.
Here's the moment for Sociedad captain Xabi Prieto, who's spent his entire career with the Basque side, as he takes to the field to a chorus of applauses from both sets of supporters. He takes the place of Zurutuza.
87'
Sociedad can certainly hold their head high for their performance tonight, as they've made it difficult for Barcelona and have only been outdone by Coutinho's magic.
85'
WASTED! Alcacer hasn't seen too much of the ball since his introduction but he had a chance to put the icing on the cake there but fired wide of the mark.
84'
Iniesta's farewell may not be the only one we see, as long-serving Sociedad captain Prieto could still come off the bench.
82'
Paco Alcácer enters the game and replaces Andrés Iniesta.
Here's the moment we've all been waiting for. Iniesta makes way and struggles to hold back the tears, earning applause from everyone and respect from both sets of players, as well as the officials. Alcacer takes his place.
81'
WIDE! Illarramendi, who'll hope to sneak into Spain's World Cup squad, strikes an effort wide of the post from distance.
79'
I'm stunned that Iniesta is still on the field in all honesty, though I suspect I know who Valverde will substitute in his final change.
77'
SAVE! Barcelona are flying and Messi is in full flow, with a superb move ending with Messi rising high in the box to head at goal but Moya is equal to the attempt.
75'
I. Rakitić gets yellow.
Rakitic now has his name taken after a clear foul in midfield to quell Sociedad's counter-attack.

Description
74'
Does Iniesta really have to leave? He's shown no signs of being past it this evening and I suspect any side in European football would love to have him in their ranks.
72'
Jordi Alba gets yellow.
Alba becomes the second Barcelona player in this match to be booked for dissent.
71'
Odriozola enters the game and replaces Elustondo.
Another change for Sociedad, as Odriozola replaces Elustondo.
69'
WIDE! Messi leads a burst forward, surging from within his own half, and feeds the ball across to Luis Suarez. He tries to cut the ball across goal but it isn't on target and bobbles wide.
68'
SAVE! Pique rises to meet the corner but his header is right at Moya, making it an easy save for the keeper.
67'
L. Messi enters the game and replaces Philippe Coutinho.
Here comes the magician, as Messi replaces Coutinho.
66'
Sociedad have had the stuffing knocked out of them since Coutinho's goal and I can't recall the last time they had a clear chance to test Ter Stegen.
64'
Barcelona have turned on the style now and another goal seems almost inevitable. You can sense the desperation from the fans for Iniesta to get on the scoresheet.
63'
Sergio Canales enters the game and replaces A. Januzaj.
Sociedad's first change of the game, as Januzaj is replaced by Canales.
61'
The party atmosphere is in full swing now after Barcelona took the lead and Iniesta's farewell could now be right around the corner, as he doesn't last 90 minutes often these days.
57'
Philippe Coutinho has scored a goal for Barcelona! Assist by L. Suárez.
WHAT A GOAL! An unbelievable goal from Coutinho! It seems like nothing is on for the Brazil ace but he sets his sights at goal, curling an effort that leaves Moya with no chance and bounces back into the net off the inside of the post.
Luis Suarez gets the assist but it's truly a superb individual effort from Coutinho.
55'
Still more to come from Dembele at Barcelona but he has shown promising signs in this match. Hopefully he shines at the World Cup with France after being named in Didier Deschamps' squad this week.
53'
A. Januzaj gets yellow.
Denis Suárez enters the game and replaces O. Dembélé.
Barcelona make the first change, bringing on Denis Suarez for Dembele.
Second yellow of the game issued to a Sociedad man, as Januzaj catches Mina with a clumsy tackle in midfield.
51'
Barcelona look like they need a bit of magic to break through Sociedad's organised defensive line, which makes you wonder how long it will be until we see Messi - or if he'll feature at all.
49'
It seems like the World Cup is in the minds of the players on the field, as they certainly aren't playing with the sort of intensity we're used to.
47'
Willian Jose smashes a free-kick into the wall and behind for a corner but Januzaj's delivery is easily dealt with once again.
45' +1
ONE minute added on at the end of the first half.
45'
KICK-OFF! Back underway at Camp Nou, where Iniesta probably has around 15 minutes left of his Barcelona career. Throughout this season, Valverde has usually substituted the veteran around the 60th-minute mark.
44'
The challenge gets worse on every viewing, there was no intent to play the ball and Dembele could have ended up seriously injured. Barcelona are understandably furious.
43'
L. Suárez gets yellow.
Suarez angrily reacts to the challenge and earns a booking for his protests towards the referee.
42'
Raúl Navas gets yellow.
A horrific challenge from Raul Navas on Dembele, haulting his bursting run forward, and he's fortunate to escape with only a booking.
41'
A heart in mouth moment for Barcelona's defence as Juanmi skips through on goal and past Ter Stegen but the offside flag is raised as he tucks home into an empty net.
39'
Alba, thankfully, looks able to continue but will probably be assessed further at the break.
37'
Concerning moment for Spain as Alba tumbles to ground in clear pain after colliding with Mina and receives treatment. With the World Cup right around the corner, this isn't something fans will want to see.
35'
Big shout for a penalty for the hosts as Semedo tumbles to the deck but the referee isn't interested in the appeals.
33'
Iniesta suggested during the week he'll play with tears in his eyes in the game but it doesn't seem to be affecting his vision, as he continues to ping passes all over the field.
31'
Real Sociedad have taken their foot off the gas a bit during the past ten minutes or so, finding themselves contained inside their own half. There's not too much going on though, so hopefully it starts to open up soon.
29'
Dembele continues to sparkle but his final ball hasn't quite been good enough. He's shown some excellent flair once again there but his attempt of a clipped ball over the top to Suarez is overhit.
27'
We're yet to see either side craft a clear-cut opportunity in the game, with both Suarez and Willian Jose feeding on scraps so far.
25'
WIDE! Brilliant sweeping move from Barcelona, led by Coutinho drifting into the middle from the left side, and Rakitic heads wide of the mark after Dembele's early cross.
24'
Real Sociedad continue to see plenty of the ball in the final third and have earned a number of corners. However, Januzaj's delivery hasn't been good enough so far.
22'
A fine performance so far from Dembele, who has struggled in his debut season at Barcelona and has plenty of speculation surrounding his future. It's been much better tonight though, showing the sort of attacking flair that saw him catch the eye at Borussia Dortmund.
18'
Big chance missed for Barcelona, as Dembele's corner finds Pique in space but the defender doesn't connect with his volley properly and it's easy for Moya to collect.
17'
It's rather anti-climatic in the end, as Suarez drills his attempt into the wall.
16'
Suarez is fouled on the edge of the box, giving the Uruguay international a golden opportunity to fire home the opening goal.
14'
Good defending by Mina quells another Sociedad attack but he does concede a corner. Januzaj drills it into the middle but there's a handball from an attacker, handing Barcelona a free-kick.
10'
Down at the other end, Iniesta fires an effort from outside the box into the side netting. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say it would be great if he scored a final goal for Barcelona.
9'
WIDE! The visitors are here to ruin the party, as Willian Jose strikes a very powerful effort wide of the left-hand post.
7'
SAVE! Sociedad are certainly not holding back, as Januzuj cuts inside from the right and curls a shot towards goal. It's a comfortable save for Ter Stegen to make though and the following corner is dealt with.
6'
It's easy to tell when Iniesta is on the ball, as he's treated to a chorus of cheers from the crowd. We saw the same in Gianluigi Buffon's last game for Juventus yesterday and I suspect we'll hear that reception throughout the game.
4'
Superb run from Dembele, who cuts between a number of defenders and surges down on goal but he's eventually crowded out. The home fans appreciate the skills though.
3'
Real Sociedad have started on the front foot, with Willian Jose testing ter Stegen with a tame effort, but Barcelona are now starting to ping the ball around in the style we've become accustomed to.
2'
Real Sociedad have given it a fair go in attack, at least for the opening stages, but have since sat back into a more defensive set-up. They are fortunate still to have 11 players on the field though, as Raul Navas' crunching tackle on Dembele should have seen him given his marching orders.
1'
KICK-OFF! After a pre-match guard of honour and presentations to Iniesta and Prieto, as well as a Player of the Month award from Messi, we're underway at Camp Nou. The visitors get us started.
Iniesta's farewell hasn't had many fireworks so far but the veteran Spain favourite has been at his brilliant best, picking out a number of decent passes to try and present his team-mates with a golden opportunity to score. Dembele has also been very good, while Suarez has struggled to get into the game properly.
Good evening and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the LaLiga clash between Barcelona and Real Sociedad, where the hosts wave goodbye to legendary midfielder Andres Iniesta.
Barcelona XI: Marc-Andre ter Stegen; Nelson Semedo, Yerry Mina, Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba; Philippe Coutinho, Sergio Busquets, Ivan Rakitic, Andres Iniesta; Ousmane Dembele, Luis Suarez.
Real Sociedad XI: Miguel Angel Moya; Aritz Elustondo, Raul Navas, Diego Llorente, Alberto de la Bella; Asier Illarramendi, David Zurutuza; Adnan Januzaj, Juanmi, Mikel Oyarzabel; Willian Jose.
Barcelona subs: Jasper Cillessen, Aleix Vidal, Paco Alcacer, Denis Suarez, Lucas Digne, Andre Gomes, Lionel Messi.
Sociedad subs: Geronimo Rulli, Xabi Prieto, Sergio Canales, Alvaro Odriozola, Jon Bautista, Ruben Pardo, Igor Zubeldia.
Ernesto Valverde makes just one change to the side beaten by Levante last week, replacing Thomas Vermaelen with Gerard Pique. Sergi Roberto is absent through suspension, while Lionel Messi starts as a substitute for the second league match in a row.
Sociedad coach Imanol Alguacil has shuffled his deck significantly with six changes overall, bringing in Moya, Elustondo, Llorente, de la Bella, Zurutuza and Januzaj. Odriozola, Rulli and Canales drop to the bench, with Hector Moreno injured. 34-year-old Prieto, who's spent his entire career with the Basque side, is retiring after the game.
Having already sealed the league title and Copa del Rey, Barcelona crumbled in their attempts to go the entire LaLiga campaign unbeaten after a shock 5-4 defeat to Levante last week. As such, the focus on the game will orientate entirely around Iniesta, who is playing his last game for the club before a move to the Far East.
Real Sociedad, meanwhile, have had a very average season and will have plenty of work to do in the months ahead. The Basque side sit 11th in the standings but could rise to ninth with a victory this evening.
HALF-TIME! Nothing to seperate the two sides at the break, with Barcelona and Real Sociedad both struggling to create clear-cut opportunities. We've seen flashes of brilliance from both teams but neither keeper has been tested properly.
FULL-TIME! It wasn't a high scoring affair and Barcelona didn't have it all their own way but the hosts get all three points in the final game of the LaLiga season. Coutinho's wonderful strike secured a 1-0 win against a Real Sociedad side that performed admirably but all the focus, as it should be, has been on Andres Iniesta.
Iniesta's illustrious Barcelona career comes to a close after years of success with the Catalan club and the national side. A new venture awaits for the veteran midfielder and Ernesto Valverde has a stern task on his hands in the months ahead to try to find a replacement for the legendary number eight.
It's not been a season to remember for Real Sociedad, who finish in mid-table, but they performed well tonight and gave Barcelona a decent run for their money. They've also waved goodbye to a club legend, as Xabi Prieto made his final appearance for the Basque side.
