Leicester look to have the advantage today seeing as they come into this match 12 places higher in the league table, and have won eight of their last nine against Huddersfield!
The Terriers come into this match in poor form, having yet to win a league match in 2018-19 and currently sit dead last in the Premier League in goals, shots on target, assists, and chances created.
Now let's take a look at who will be starting for each club!
Leicester (4-2-3-1): Kasper Schmeichel; Daniel Amartey, Jonny Evans, Harry Maguire, Ben Chilwell; Wilfred Ndidi, Nampalys Mendy; Rachid Ghezzal, Kelechi Iheanacho, James Maddison; Jamie Vardy.
The main story for Leicester today will be the return of Jamie Vardy. He is finally back after serving three-match suspension after a nasty, late tackle on Wolves' Matt Doherty. Can he fire the Foxes to a win today?
Manager David Wagner tends to rotate his forwards, but it's still surprising to see Mounie dropped to the bench considering he leads the club in shots on target, chances created and assists this season.
The teams are lined up in the tunnel! Not long to go until kick off!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of this Premier League match between Leicester City and Huddersfield Town.
Leicester have had a strange day thus far. The early goal seemed to catch them offguard and it took them a while to re-establish a rhythm. They did start building momentum towards the end of the half as Maddison started to take control of the midfield. The defence have been a bit shaky thus far but, considering Huddersfield's struggles in front of goal this season they may be able to hold them to just one goal come full time.
Huddersfield have looked bright at times today, which will surely be a welcome sight for their fans considering the slow start to the season. They've actually matched their opponents shot-for-shot (five a piece) and have looked surprisingly dangerous in attack, especially when Van la Parra has the ball at his feet. It will be interesting to see if Wagner tries to preserve the draw or go for the win in the second half.
That will do it for our live coverage of this match between Leicester City and Huddersfield Town! We hope you enjoyed following along, and will join us again soon!
Leicester will be delighted to have dominated the second half as they did, sealing the win with Vardy's goal in the 75th minute. The defence definitely looked more confident after the half, allowing just one shot on target. Iheanacho and Maddison combined delightfully through the middle and look to be a brilliant part of Leicester's young core. Manager Claude Puel's future seems to be pulled into doubt anytime the Foxes struggle, but he should be able to rest easy this week after this win.
Huddersfield (5-4-1): Jonas Lossl; Erik Durm, Mattias Jorgensen, Christopher Schindler, Terence Kongolo, Chris Lowe; Elias Kachunga, Philip Billing, Aaron Mooy, Rajiv Van la Parra; Laurent Depoitre.
Huddersfield kept pace for much of the first half but were very much left behind in the second. It looked as though Wagner was content for his side to play for the draw coming out of the half, but failed to readjust until the match was already lost. The defence had no answers for the pace of Leicester and they will need to be wary of that as future opponents will surely take notice. Huddersfield were a nice story last season but, in the early stages of the season, they look in serious danger of being relegated.
