Seri gets the game underway for Fulham!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Bournemouth and Fulham at the Vitality Stadium!
Bournemouth come into this game having won just two of their last five matches in the Premier League (D1 L2), but ended a three-game winless streak last weekend with an impressive 5-0 win over Brighton and Hove Albion. Fulham did record their first win under Scott Parker last weekend when they beat Everton 2-0 which ended a run of nine losses in the league.
FULHAM STARTING XI (4-3-3): Sergio Rico; Denis Odio, Tim Ream, Maxime Le Marchand, Joe Bryan; Calum Chambers, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, Jean Michael Seri; Ryan Babel, Aleksandar Mitrovic, Ryan Sessegnon.
FULHAM SUBS: Fabri, Floyd Ayite, Neeskens Kebano, Andre Schurrle, Havard Nordtveit, Harvey Elliott, Cyrus Christie.
BOURNEMOUTH STARTING XI (4-4-2): Artur Boruc; Junior Stanislas, Chris Mepham, Steve Cook, Nathan Ake; David Brooks, Dan Gosling, Jefferson Lerma, Ryan Fraser; Joshua King, Callum Wilson.
The teams are out on the pitch now, with kick-off just moments away.
BOURNEMOUTH SUBS: Asmir Begovic, Lys Mousset, Emerson Hyndman, Jack Simpson, Sam Surridge, Nnamdi Ofoborh, Dominic Solanke.
Howe will be happy with how his team started the match, but after losing Stanislas to injury, Bournemouth seemed to lose the rhythm that they had built up at the start of the game. They have looked dangerous in front of goal though and if they can be a bit more clinical with their chances, then they are very likely to get on the scoresheet. Fulham looked nervous at the beginning of the game, but the loss of flow in the game seemed to work in their favour. They've created some good opportunities in the first half, but just like Bournemouth, they need to be more clinical in front of goal.
That result doesn't mean much for Fulham as they have already been relegated, but they have registered back-to-back wins in the Premier League for the first time since April 2014. Bournemouth stay in 12th despite losing but could drop lower over the course of the weekend as the teams around them are yet to play.
