Bayern are refusing to stop and Singh wins a corner late on, but Werder manage to get this one clear.
86'
F. Bartels enters the game and replaces M. Rashica.
Rashica has been Werder's most dangerous player all game - and he scored a brilliant goal to put them ahead in the first half - but he makes way for Bartels.
82'
S. Singh enters the game and replaces Philippe Coutinho.
The undisputed man of the match with three goals and two assists, Coutinho, makes way for Singh, who's making his senior team debut.
80'
There's no stopping Bayern now they're in their stride! They're fantastic to watch when everything is clicking and everyone is contributing - it makes you wonder how they're so far off the leaders when they're capable of complete performances like this.
78'
Philippe Coutinho has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by I. Perišić.
Coutinho deserves all the credit for the goal, but Perisic does manage to get in on the action and register his third league assist of the season.
GOAL! 6-1 BAYERN! Guess who? Yep, that man Coutinho completes his hat-trick!!! It's a wonderful goal to cap it off - taking the ball in his stride, turning Sahin inside out and curling a brilliant strike into the far corner.
75'
T. Müller has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by Philippe Coutinho.
GOAL! MULLER MAKES IT 5-1! Bayern are rampant now! A goal and an assist for Muller within five minutes of coming on! It's an easy finish for the German, volleying into an empty net from inside the six-yard box.
Coutinho continues to impress, picking up another assist today! That's two goals and two assists for him!
72'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by T. Müller.
GOAL! 4-1 Bayern! Lewandowski gets his second of the game! He plucks a dinked Muller throughball out of the air, takes a delicate touch and flicks it past Pavlenka.
An immediate impact from Muller! He's been on the pitch less than two minutes and bags an assist - and a smart one at that, spotting the run of Lewandowski and picking him out perfectly.
70'
T. Müller enters the game and replaces L. Goretzka.
A solid performance from Goretzka comes to an end, with Muller on to replace him.
67'
L. Bittencourt enters the game and replaces Y. Osako.
Werder have turned to the bench in an attempt to influence the game and claw their way back. Osaka, who's been extremely quiet, comes off for Bittencourt.

Description
63'
Philippe Coutinho has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by D. Alaba.
GOAAAL! 3-1 BAYERN! Coutinho's great game continues! He gets into space in the box, Alaba picks him out with a througball and he tucks a right-footed shot from the middle of the box high past Pavlenka!
Great spot by Alaba to pick out Coutinho - it's his first assist of the season!
62'
M. Friedl gets yellow.
The substitute Friedl is shown a yellow card for hand ball.
59'
The game's settling down now after a frantic first half, with Bayern moving the ball well and just controlling possession, something they didn't do too well prior to the break.
56'
Lewandowski turns from goalscorer to playmaker and drops deeper to pick out Gnabry with a searching throughball to the right, but Augustinsson slides in to intercept and turn it behind for a Bayern corner.
54'
Chance for Werder! Rashica is sent through on goal by Klaassen and he decides to take his shot early on his right foot, but he's off-balance and ends up shooting wide.
50'
The substitute Perisic tries to test Pavlenka from long range, but the shot isn't powerful enough to catch the keeper out and he reads it well and makes a straightforward catch.
48'
Bayern's half-time change will see Pavard move into the centre of defence, Kimmich take his spot at right-back and Coutinho drop into the midfield so he can get on the ball more and exert his influence. Perisic, then, will occupy the open spot on the left of the front three.
46'
I. Perišić enters the game and replaces J. Boateng.
KICK-OFF! Bayern are in front against Werder, but can they hang on? The second half is underway.
Bayern boss Flick has made an attacking change at the break, taking off Boateng for Perisic.
45' +4
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by Philippe Coutinho.
Coutinho's having a very influential game today and he's added to his goal with a wonderfully executed assist - great vision from the playmaker.
HALF-TIME: BAYERN MUNICH 2-1 WERDER BREMEN.
GOAAAAL! 2-1 BAYERN! Just like that, Lewandowski puts Bayern in front. Werder have absolutely collapsed at the end of the half. Coutinho plays him in with a dinked throughball and the Pole just lifts his finish over Pavlenka into the far corner. Tidy finish from the Bundesliga top scorer.
45' +2
M. Friedl enters the game and replaces T. Gebre Selassie.
Werder have been forced into a change at the end of the first half - Gebre Selassie has to go off after taking a knock in the build-up to Bayern's equaliser. He put his body on the line, but couldn't prevent the goal. He'll be replaced by Friedl.
45'
Philippe Coutinho has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by S. Gnabry.
GOAAAL! BAYERN EQUALISE! Coutinho drags the hosts level! It's a nice move all-round - Kimmich dinks a throughball over the defence to Gnabry who picks out Coutinho at the far post with a first-time cross and it's an easy tap-in for the Brazilian.
That's Gnabry's fifth Bundesliga assist of the season and his second in his last two appearances.
44'
That's clever from Alaba - he sees Pavlenka off his line following a corner and tries to chip a header over him, but gets the attempt wrong as it ends up going over. Right idea, wrong execution.
42'
Werder have a chance to counter through Osako and he's got Rashica running beyond him calling for a throughball, but he can't play him in and Bayern regain possession.
41'
Davies, wide to Gnabry, on to Pavard on the right. He cuts inside and tries to send in a cross, but it's blocked and Bayern have to rebuild. Weder holding firm for the moment!
37'
You can see the issue for Bayern - everything is focussed through Lewandowski. If he's not firing, the whole team aren't firing and the Pole so far hasn't been at the races today.
33'
Gnabry feeds Pavard wide on the right and the full-back fires in an early cross towards Lewandowski, but it's too far away from his team-mate and he is unable to get anywhere near it. Lots of crosses being played in by Bayern, but none successful so far.
31'
This game has turned into another test of Bayern's resolve, something that's been lacking this season when going behind.
29'
Rashica comes again with an option to his right, but he's sandwiched by Pavard and Boateng and loses the ball, picking up a slight knock in the process.
28'
Werder come again, Eggestein helping the ball onto Rashica in the box, but the goalscorer lashes at it and doesn't make contact.
24'
M. Rashica has scored a goal for Werder Bremen! Assist by D. Klaassen.
GOAAAAAL! WERDER LEAD! What a stunner from Rashica! He takes an excellent touch to get the inside track on Boateng and powers away from him at speed before unleashing an absolute rocket from the edge of the box that cannons off the bar and bounces over the line! A superb goal and no chance for Neuer - all coming from a Werder counter-attack.
Klaassen perhaps got a little lucky with the assist there - the pass wasn't perfect and Rashica had to work to turn it into a chance, plus Bayern missed a great chance to intercept it along the way. They all count, though!
22'
C. Groß gets yellow.
Another yellow card shown in the first half and the first for Werder - Gross goes into the book for coming in from behind on Kimmich and failing to win the ball as he broke away.
20'
There's definitely something in this for Werder here if they play their cards right. In their eagerness to attack and get the opening goal, Bayern are leaving a lot of space in behind their defence, with both fullbacks pushing high up the pitch. With Kimmich the closest thing to a defensive midfielder in the side, a quick counter at an opportune moment could pay dividends for Werder.
18'
J. Boateng gets yellow.
Another yellow card in quick succession for Bayern - this time to Boateng for coming in late on Klaassen.
16'
B. Pavard gets yellow.
First yellow card of the game goes to Pavard - he's late with a two-footed challenge on Augustinsson and doesn't win any of the ball. Free-kick to Werder coming up.
13'
Davies, inside to Coutinho, to Lewandwoski. He plays a one-two with Davies to set himself up for an excellent searching pass out to Gnabry on the right - the winger fires a low cross into the box, but Pavlenka cuts it out.
9'
Here's a chance for Bremen to counter from a corner and it's Rashica sprinting the entire length of the pitch, but he tries to check back inside once he gets into the Bayern box and it's cut out expertly by Boateng. Brilliant defending there to deny what should have been a certain goal.
5'
CHANCE! A brilliant delivery from Pavard finds Gnabry in the centre of the box, but he heads over the bar from a few yards out. He should be testing Pavlenka from that sort of range.
4'
This is excellent intricate passing from Bayern in central areas, but they couldn't keep hold of the ball once they got into the final third and Bremen force them back to the centre-backs.
2'
Great pass early from Alaba to set Davies free on the left - he reaches the byline, picks out Coutinho and it leads to a shot from the Brazilian, but he's put too much curl on it. A positive start from Bayern!

Back-to-back defeats in the Bundesliga for the first time since autumn 2018 has seen Bayern slip to seventh in the table, with defeat at Gladbach last weekend putting them seven points behind the Bundesliga leaders. A win today - depending on results elsewhere - could take them as high as third, though. A tough run, too, for Bremen - they’ve won once in their last 10 and were beaten by basement dwellers Paderborn last weekend.
Don’t go anywhere because the teams are on their way out and kick-off is coming up shortly!
Bayern's resolve naturally has come under scrutiny this season, but that's what they can do to you if you switch off even momentarily. Four minutes, two goals, two great moves and no chance Werder could have prevented them. The last time Bayern came from behind to win in the Bundesliga was a 6-1 victory over Mainz in August - could we be on for something similar?
A magnificent peformance from Bayern sees them jump up to fourth in the table, but they could drop down a place with Schalke just two points behind them and still to play this weekend. After a win like that, you'd expect them to carry the momentum into Wednesday's trip to Freiburg. As for Werder, they're 15th and two points above Fortuna in the relegation play-off spot - they could end up in the bottom three by the end of the weekend. Up next for them is a home game against Mainz.
That's all from us for Bayern's huge 6-1 win against Werder. Thanks for staying with us and goodbye for now!
