The concerning part for Ancelotti is the lack of response to going a goal behind - Everton haven't had a single shot on target this half and, if anything, have shrunk further into their shell since going behind.
85'
Larouci now, back to Jones, inside to Lallana. It's impressive how much this young side have grown in confidence this half, especially against a near full strength Everton side.
83'
We're not over yet and Liverpool are keen to let that be known as Jones gets in behind from Gomez's pass, but Mina closes him down and concedes a corner.
79'
Bernard enters the game and replaces T. Walcott.
R. Brewster enters the game and replaces H. Elliott.
A final change too for Liverpool as Elliott comes off for Brewster.
Walcott was at the centre of everything in the first half, but he's massively tailed off after the break and he's hooked for Bernard.
77'
Is there something in this for Everton? They looked on course to secure their first win at Anfield for over two decades in the first half, but their performance has been utterly abject after the break. Walcott, who was instrumental, has totally disappeared and Everton can't seem to find a solution.
75'
Origi strikes again! Not with the goal of course, but he does pop up with an assist, no matter how minimal. He just can't help himself against Everton - he really is haunting them.
71'
C. Jones has scored a goal for Liverpool! Assist by D. Origi.
GOAAAL! JONES WITH A SCREAMER! That's absolutely phenomenal! He opens his body, picks his spot and curls a sublime strike into the top-right corner, taking a touch off the bar on the way in as well. That's gorgeous, simply gorgeous to make it 1-0 Liverpool. It's his first in senior football!
It's an assist for Origi, but he hardly has any involvement in the goal. It's Jones, all Jones!
70'
A. Oxlade-Chamberlain enters the game and replaces T. Minamino.
Although Liverpool lost Milner to injury in the first half, this is positive as Oxlade-Chamberlain makes his first appearance since leaving the Club World Cup on crutches. He replaces Minamino, who's impressed in patches.

Description
69'
Liverpool come to life here as Origi decides to fire a shot at Pickford from distance and it's an awkward one for the Everton keeper as he's forced to beat it away.
65'
This could see Everton shift to a back four and ditch the wingbacks. Sidibe will drop to right-back, Walcott out wide and Kean partnering Calvert-Lewin.
63'
F. Delph enters the game and replaces G. Sigurðsson.
M. Kean enters the game and replaces S. Coleman.
The first of two changes for Everton as Sigurdsson comes off for Delph.
And the second substitution sees Coleman come off for Kean - he's still waiting for his first Everton goal.
61'
There's been a huge momentum shift in the game as it's Liverpool in control for the majority of this half. There's confidence in their football with the one- and two-touch passing and Everton can barely get out their own half.
59'
Now this is a worry - Walcott's down with an injury after taking a knock to the shin, but he's up and running it off without much trouble.
57'
L. Digne gets yellow.
First yellow card of the game goes to Digne - he's dragged Elliott back as he raced on to a Williams throughball.
54'
Coleman finds himself under pressure from Lallana and Chirivella, but he does well to win a throw out of the situation and it's a chance for Everton to reset and regain their composure after a spell of Liverpool dominance.
52'
Liverpool on the attack through Williams and it's a fierce shot from outside the box, but Pickford holds it well.
48'
OVER THE BAR! It's Schneiderlin firing over the bar from Sidibe's lay-off at the edge of the box - he could have done better with that chance, but a warning shot that Everton haven't switched off over the break.
46'
KICK-OFF! The second half is underway.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: LIVERPOOL 0-0 EVERTON.
45'
Well that could have been awkward! Mina and Holgate struggle to deal with a long pass and Minamino almost steals in ahead of them - it takes Pickford rushing off his line to prevent him doing so.
43'
Liverpool's tails are up now after that Origi effort and Minamino wins a corner - it's Chirivella to take this time, but it's off Coleman and out for another corner.
38'
Excellent move from Everton this as Sigurdsson picks out Walcott, who lays it off to Calvert-Lewin for a shot that goes wide. Did he make the wrong choice? Sidibe certainly thinks so and he's letting his team-mate know.
36'
Sidibe, wide to Walcott for another cross and it forces Lallana to get his head to it and turn it behind for a corner. He isn't far off putting it into his own net!
34'
CHANCE! It's Liverpool's best opening of the game so far and it's Origi's cross into the middle, but Minamino doesn't connect despite getting off the ground well.
33'
Minamino is very nearly in here with a great run in behind and it takes an outstretched Mina leg to deny him from latching on to the ball.
31'
Everton go straight back down the other end - Walcott again in behind and it's another excellent cross, but Calvert-Lewin can't get his head to it. Everton need to score one of these chances sooner or later, you'd think.
30'
Richarlison loses out to Elliott and it's Liverpool on the front foot now with Origi, but he tries to pick out Jones and loses the ball.
26'
CHANCE! Calvert-Lewin clears an Elliott corner, but only as far as Williams at the edge of the box and he sets himself for a strike - it's dragged wide.
25'
Liverpool's young side are growing in confidence as the game goes on and they're just enjoying more possession - they're up to 57 percent so far for the game and the majority of it coming in Everton's half, too.
23'
Elliott now trying to work a yard of space on the right and does well to win a corner off Digne - it's Elliott again to take, but Mina leaps highest and heads it out for a throw on the other side.
21'
It's Liverpool on the attack though and Jones nearly feeds Minamino at the edge of the box, but it's cut out.
17'
Are Everton going to rue their misses? Two clear-cut chances they've had in the opening period of the game and twice Adrian has saved - one excellent stop and the other Everton really should have made count.
15'
How about that for vision from Lallana? He can see Origi making a run between the Everton centre-backs and very nearly plays the perfect pass, but Pickford reads it too and comes off his line to collect.
13'
Jones now for Liverpool trying to feed Lallana and he forces Holgate to boot the ball out of play for a corner.
12'
Everton are in possession and work the ball forwards to Calvert-Lewin, who uses his strength to win a foul off Phillips. Free-kick for the visitors on the way.
11'
Suddenly this Liverpool side feels even more youthful than it did at the start of the game and there's a real sense that Everton can inflict just a third defeat of the season on Liverpool.
9'
Y. Larouci enters the game and replaces J. Milner.
Milner can't continue and is replaced by Larouci for his debut. What a loss the 34-year-old will be if he's out for a length of time.
5'
Minamino is already involved here, trying to link up with Elliott out on the right, but it leads only to an Everton goal-kick.
1'
KICK-OFF! The game's up and running at Anfield.
Hello and welcome to a special FA Cup third-round tie - it’s a Merseyside derby at Anfield!
Will Jurgen Klopp prioritise the FA Cup? Perhaps not, especially with one hand on the Premier League title - but a domestic double does sound nice, right? Liverpool, though, haven’t won the competition since 2006, but you have to go back a further 11 years to find the last time Everton won it.
SUBS: Sadio Mane, Jordan Henderson, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Rian Brewster, Ki-Jana Hoever, Caoimhim Kelleher, Yasser Larouci.
LIVERPOOL XI (4-2-3-1): Adrian; Neco Williams, Joe Gomez, Nathaniel Phillips, James Milner; Adam Lallana, Pedro Chivirella; Harvey Elliott, Takumi Minamino, Curtis Jones; Divock Origi.
EVERTON XI (4-4-2): Jordan Pickford; Seamus Coleman, Yerry Mina, Mason Holgate, Lucas Digne; Djibril Sidibe, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Morgan Schneiderlin, Theo Walcott; Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison.
SUBS: Leighton Baines, Michael Keane, Fabian Delph, Bernard, Maarten Stekelenburg, Tom Davies, Moise Kean.
Don’t go anywhere because the teams are out and kick-off is coming up next.
Plenty of positives for Everton in the first half though, with both Richarlison and Walcott impressing on the break. Their interchangeable movement has been tough for the Liverpool back four to deal with and Walcott in particular has been central to everything. Minamino, too, has impressed for Liverpool in his desire to get involved, but Jones has been the standout so far.
That's all from us as Liverpool head into the fourth round. Thanks for staying with us and goodbye for now!
Liverpool are into the hat for Monday's fourth-round draw, but it's a return to Premier League action in the meantime and a trip to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium next weekend. As for Everton, Ancelotti will hope to see a response from his players when they host Brighton on Saturday.
