Silvestri is shown a yellow card by the referee for wasting time.
90' +4
P. Dawidowicz enters the game and replaces M. Zaccagni.
Verona bring on Dawidowicz for Zaccagni in their final change of the contest.
90' +3
F. Borini gets yellow.
D. Maldini enters the game and replaces Samu Castillejo.
Castillejo is replaced by Serie A debutant Maldini for the final seconds. The four minutes of added time are officially up.
OFF THE POST!!! Late drama here as Silvestri parries a shot and Castillejo fires the rebound against the post. The ball runs loose but Kessie cannot convert, either.
Borini fouls former team-mate Kessie and is shown a yellow card.
90' +2
Calhanoglu drags a shot wide of the target. There were plenty of players in the box but none of them could direct it on target. Four minutes have been added on.
90' +1
Verona could snatch this, you know. They work the ball into the opposition box and Borini throws himself to the ground. The penalty appeal is weak and the referee tells him to get back up.
90'
WAYWARD! Saelemaekers takes matters into his own hands by firing in a shot from range. The attempt is pretty poor, though, and ends in the stands.
88'
There is no pressure on Milan as they pass the ball around in the final third. That is because Verona are allowing them to do so, with pretty much all of their players inside the box.
87'
Silvestri punches Castillejo's deep cross to safety. Verona are dealing with every ball that comes into the box.
86'
M. Pessina gets yellow.
Verona midfielder Pessina is shown a yellow card for his challenge.
Minute
Description
85'
Hernandez needs to make up some ground after being caught out of position. He cynically catches the leg of Faraoni to prevent the Verona wideman from switching play. The visitors will take that as it means another minute or so eaten up.
84'
Verona finally manage to get the ball into the opposition half but Pessina runs it straight out of play. Milan are dominating but they have to be careful not to commit too many bodies forward.
83'
Castillejo is shown onto his left foot and bends a shot into a Verona player in front of goal. It is proving to be a familiar tale for Milan when they get the ball into the final third - great defending from Verona.
81'
Castillejo's header deflects into the hands of Silvestri, who is happy to keep hold of it and eat up some valuable seconds.
80'
A succession of Milan shots are blocked in and around the box. Another 10 minutes of this will surely be too much for Verona to resist. Their goal is being bombarded!
78'
Verona are unable to get the ball out of their own half at the moment. Amrabat's red card has completely changed the flow of the game.
77'
A. Saelemaekers enters the game and replaces D. Calabria.
Calabria is replaced by debutant Saelemaekers for the final 13 minutes.
76'
Both coaches still have two substitutions apiece to use should they wish. Calabria is again played in behind down the right, but his cross is headed away right in front of goal.
75'
A corner whipped into the front post is headed clear by a Verona player, as is the follow-up cross. Backs to the wall stuff from the visitors.
74'
This Milan pressure is likely to become relentless as we approach the final 15 minutes. Verona, who twice hit the post, will surely accept a point at this stage.
72'
SAVE! Milan are looking to make their man advantage count as they work the ball around the pitch. Leao has a shot saved by Silvestri and is then unable to control the ball in a promising position from the next attacking wave.
70'
F. Borini enters the game and replaces V. Verre.
Borini, loaned to Verona by Milan earlier this month, is on for Verre.
69'
Calabria is proving to be Milan's biggest attacking threat in this second half. He brings the ball inside and sends a rocket of a shot spinning away from the target.
68'
S. Amrabat goes off after a red card!
VERONA DOWN TO 10! The referee deems that challenge from Amrabat on Castillejo worthy of a red card after checking the pitchside monitor.
65'
Donnarumma appeared to hurt his knee prior to that Milan substitution but he seems okay to continue.
64'
Lucas Paquetá enters the game and replaces G. Bonaventura.
Bonaventura is replaced by Paqueta in the first of Milan's changes.
NEARLY! Milan are seriously holding on at the moment. Donnarumma is unable to clear the ball and it ricochets off one of his own players before ending wide of the target.
60'
MILAN COME CLOSE! The ball is slipped into the path of Calabria, but his first-time shot from 15 yards is wide of the target. Both teams are pressing for a goal, setting us up for what should be a thrilling final half an hour or so.
58'
Milan goalscorer Calhanoglu tries to pick out the far corner with a curler but is off target.
57'
The ball is hooked into the air and Lazovic is unable to bring it under control in the Milan box. The visitors are looking a lot more likely to score the game's third goal than their opponents on the basis of the last five minutes.
55'
Verona are starting to turn the screw. Pessina again comes close with his latest attempt, but the goal would not have stood due to an offside infringement. Milan are being penned in.
52'
Pessina does brilliantly to control the ball inside the box but it does not fall for him to strike. Milan clear the danger in what has been an end-to-end start to the second half.
50'
Bonaventura carries the ball forward and is invited to shoot. He does just that but is a yard or so off target with his long-range effort, which Silvestri looked to have covered.
48'
ATTEMPT! Kessie and Rebic press Verona high up the pitch and it nearly pays off, but the visitors just about pass their way out of danger. They work the ball forward and Amrabat's shot is right down the throat of Donnarumma.
46'
RESTART! Milan, who ended the first half on top, get us back under way at San Siro! Neither manager made any changes at half-time.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: MILAN 1-1 VERONA
45' +1
T. Hernández gets yellow.
Milan are ending the half on top, with a couple more shots being blocked. Hernandez is caught out of position and shoves Amrabat off the ball to earn himself a booking.
44'
Leao's shot is off target but Milan have another corner. This latest set-piece ultimately comes to little.
43'
Castillejo's dangerous pass from deep drops just outside the six-yard box but Hernandez - effectively playing as a left-sided forward - cannot get on the end of it. The ball runs behind for a goal-kick.
41'
Leao does very well to wriggle clear of his man and win his side a corner. Verona do not deal with the cross and it is worked back in from the left. A stranded Silvestri is grateful to see one of his team-mates head clear at the back post.
39'
Milan skipper Romagnoli heads clear a cross from the left to bring an end to a rare attacking move from the visitors. Up the other end, Rebic's path down the wing is blocked off.
37'
Castillejo's delivery has plenty of whip on it and Silvestri, a long way off his line, just about gets something to the ball to help it behind for another corner. Milan are building constant pressure and look good value for another goal before half-time.
35'
The balls drops for Bonaventura on the edge of the opposition box, though before he can consider shooting the referee blows his whistle for Kessie's earlier handball.
33'
Milan were second best for the opening 25 minutes or so but the momentum is now very much on their side. They are patiently probing away in search of a quickfire second goal.
31'
HUGE CHANCE FOR MILAN! Milan hit their opponents on the counter and it is three on two in their favour at one point. Castillejo plays in Rebic and he rounds Silvestri, but the angle is against him and the Croatia international cannot squeeze it past the covering defender.
29'
H. Çalhanoğlu has scored a goal for AC Milan!
GOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!! MILAN 1-1 VERONA!!! The home side win a free-kick around 28 yards from goal and Calhanoglu sees off competition from Castillejo to take it. The Turkey international's right-footed curler clips Verre on the end of the Verona wall and that deflection is enough to take it away from Silvestri.
28'
Rebic expects Hernandez to continue his run down the left but the full-back stops. Rebic plays the pass anyway and the ball trickles out for a Verona throw. The home side are on top but are not threatening the opposition goal a great deal.
24'
Amir Rrahmani gets yellow.
Rebic tries to get away from Rrahmani but is thrown to the ground by his opponent, who is shown the first yellow card of the contest.
22'
SAVE! Rebic is the latest Milan player to have a go from range, but the shot is weak and Silvestri has a routine save to make.
21'
Milan have upped the tempo over the last few minutes and are now the side on top. Castillejo works a shooting angle and gets away an attempt that is blocked on the edge of the box.
19'
Hernandez again gets himself into a promising position in the opposition box, but the cross is blocked in front of goal by a Verona player.
17'
SAVE! Verona are full of confidence. The ball is carried forward and Lazovic gets a shot away, which Donnarumma - by far the busier of the two goalkeepers - does well to keep out.
15'
Milan are arguing that Faraoni was offside but the goal will stand. Verona have been very good in the opening 15 minutes of this match, with Verre sending a long-range shot wide.
13'
D. Faraoni has scored a goal for Verona! Assist by M. Zaccagni.
GOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!!! MILAN 0-1 VERONA!!! Faraoni gives the visitors an early lead - one that Juric will argue is deserved. A cross comes in from the left and Faraoni gets in front of Hernandez to guide a first-time finish past Donnarumma from a few yards out.
Zaccagni altered the angle slightly and then picked out Faraoni in the six-yard box with a good cross.
12'
Hernandez goes on a good run down the left and cuts inside, but he is unable to do the easy bit in picking out Rebic. Veloso intercepts to bring an end to Milan's best moment of the match.
11'
Faraoni gets his cross from the right all wrong, sending the ball sailing behind Donnarumma's goal with the Milan keeper watching it all the way. The hosts have not really got going so far.
10'
Lazovic is proving to be a real threat down the Verona left. He is played in on the overlap and crosses towards the front post, but the ball crossed the line before reaching Donnarumma.
8'
Verona have started the better of the two sides. Juric's men are knocking the ball around and getting it into the area, unlike Milan.
7'
Lazovic knocks the ball past Calabria and crosses from the byline. Musacchio is well positioned in the centre of the box to head it clear.
5'
Faraoni squeezes the ball through for Verre, whose shot is heading towards the bottom-right corner. Donnarumma gets down to make a good save, but the goal would not have stood as Verre handled the ball before shooting.
3'
Bonaventura goes on a good run through the middle and passes to Rebic on the left. The Croatia international's cross into the box is cut out.
2'
The ball has spent a fair bit of time in the air in these early stages. Neither side has been able to string together more than a few passes.

KICK-OFF! Verona get us up and running in this Serie A clash between two in-form sides!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Serie A clash between Milan and Hellas Verona at San Siro.
Milan have hit a good run of form, coinciding with the January arrival of veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, having won five games in a row and gone six without a defeat in 2020. They have not always been entirely convincing, but nine points from nine in Serie A has seen Stefano Pioli's men move to within eight points of fourth-place Roma with this game in hand to play.
Verona are two points and two places worse off than Milan, though they do have a game in hand to play on today's opponents. Ivan Juric's side beat Lecce 3-0 last time out and are unbeaten in their last five league games, taking 11 points from the last 15 on offer.
Subs: Matteo Gabbia, Alexis Saelemaekers, Lucas Paqueta, Asmir Begovic, Antonio Donnarumma, Daniel Maldini, Diego Laxalt, Marco Brescianini, Andrea Conti.
MILAN XI (4-4-2): Gianluigi Donnarumma; Davide Calabria, Mateo Musacchio, Alessio Romagnoli (c), Theo Hernandez; Samu Castillejo, Franck Kessie, Hakan Calhanoglu, Giacomo Bonaventura; Ante Rebic, Rafael Leao.
Subs: Salvatore Bocchetti, Fabio Borini, Mariusz Stepinski, Claud Adjapong, Samuel Di Carmine, Alessandro Berardi, Pawel Dawidowicz, Giampaolo Pazzini, Boris Radunovic, Valentin Eysseric, Alan Empereur, Federico Dimarco.
VERONA XI (3-4-2-1): Marco Silvestri; Amir Rrahmani, Koray Gunter, Marash Kumbulla; Marco Faraoni, Sofyan Amrabat, Miguel Veloso (c), Darko Lazovic; Valerio Verre, Matteo Pessina; Mattia Zaccagni.
The teams are coming out onto the pitch at San Siro, with kick-off just moments away.
Milan are without a few key players today, most notably veteran striker Ibrahimovic. Saelemaekers joined on loan from Anderlecht earlier this week and the winger could possibly make his debut in the second half. As for Verona, Di Carmine started the win against Lecce last week and is an option to replace Verre at some point.
That's all for today's live coverage. Thanks for joining!
Milan are now unbeaten in seven games but this is not the result they were after. Pioli's men remain two points better off than Verona, who are themselves unbeaten in seven matches with this point at San Siro. Up next for Milan is a derby clash with Inter here in a week's time, while Verona head to Lazio in their next league outing on Wednesday.
