A loose ball puts Zaha through on goal, but he takes too long and a defender gets back to block his shot.
90' +5
Bournemouth are looking very frustrated out there. They haven't done anything with this hefty chunk of stoppage time.
90' +2
Guaita almost spills a long ball forward, but he eventually makes an awkward catch as he tumbles backwards in his area.
90' +1
Six minutes of stoppage time.
89'
J. Riedewald enters the game and replaces J. McArthur.
Riedewald comes on for the final moments, replacing McCarthur.
88'
Two minutes to go. It isn't looking like we'll get any late fireworks.
86'
S. Cook gets yellow.
Steve Cook joins Lewis Cook in the book, for a tackle which left Ayew shook. Bournemouth just aren't having any luck.
85'
Ake heads over the bar from a long throw-in from the left.
84'
Stanislas hits the free-kick straight into the wall.
Minute
Description
83'
Van Aanholt fouls Wilson at the edge of the area, just outside the D. It's more central and a bit closer in from where Milivojevic opened the scoring in the first half.
82'
Well into the final 10 minutes now, Bournemouth are going to have to pull something out of nowhere if they're getting back into this.
80'
Van Aanholt swings in a corner from the right, Ayew flicks it on and Cahill attempts a flying backheeled flick which, unsurprisingly, doesn't quite come off. There might be fans in the stadium by the time that comes back down to earth.
78'
Stacey somehow sneaks the ball away from three Palace defenders on the right and finds Stanislas in the area. He makes room for a shot and goes with his left, but blazes his effort across goal and wide.
76'
A. Townsend enters the game and replaces C. Benteke.
Townsend comes on, sporting an absolutely magnificent lockdown hairdo and beard combination. Benteke goes off.
72'
Another Bournemouth corner from the left is easily cleared away. Palace break and Stanislas trips Ayew on the halfway line.
71'
J. Ward gets yellow.
Ward is booked for a foul on Smith. As with Cook a few minutes ago, it feels a little harsh.
Lerma gives away possession in midfield but Ayew dallies on the ball and can't find a way around Ake. Benteke wanted it threading through, and that might well have been the better option.
70'
A few passes are starting to go astray from both sides now. The quality hasn't been great in the second half, but that's understandable in the circumstances.
68'
Solanke drives infield from the left and attempts a shot from range, but pulls a weak effort wide to the left of goal.
67'
L. Cook gets yellow.
Lewis Cook is booked for an absolutely bang average sliding tackle on Ayew, which saw the Palace man go down holding his... hand? For some reason? The booking was harsh, anyway.
65'
J. McCarthy enters the game and replaces L. Milivojević.
Ake is back up on his feet, and the opportunity for the drinks break is taken.
Goalscorer Milivojevic is taken off. McCarthy comes on in his place, so the James McCarthy/James McCarthur midfield is in full effect.
63'
Solanke glides around Van Aanholt on the right, but Milivojevic gets across to slide the ball out for a corner.
62'
McArthur does well to bustle through midfield and find Ayew on the right. He crosses for Benteke, but Ake just gets out in time to nip it away from his head.
61'
J. Stanislas enters the game and replaces D. Brooks.
Brooks is done for the evening, Stanislas coming on in his place. That's Bournemouth's third change - Palace still have all five of theirs remaining.
60'
Brooks carries the ball clear after Lerma does well to trick his way out of trouble in his own area, but Brooks then goes down with cramp in his right calf. It's his first game in 14 months, so it's probably fair enough if he isn't quite fully fit.
59'
Benteke heads the corner clear at the near post, but Bournemouth win possession back and come forward again. The home side have built up a bit of a head of steam since the break, and Palace are struggling to get out of their own half.
58'
Brooks controls a long ball nicely in the area and lays it infield to Stacey, whose cross is blocked for a corner.
56'
Danjuma jinks infield from the left at the edge of the area and Ward does well to get a tackle in. As has been a theme from set pieces so far today, Bournemouth waste the corner and Palace threaten to break, but it comes to nothing.
54'
Lewis Cook's delivery moves in the air - almost knuckleball-style - and over everybody, but the offside flag goes up anyway.
53'
Brooks comes infield from the right, and McArthur brings him down. It isn't in shooting range, but it could be an awkward position from which to deliver a ball into the area.
52'
Now Cook tries his luck from range, dragging a right-footed effort wide of the bottom-left corner. Bournemouth have a bit more intent about them since the break.
51'
Lerma shoots right-footed from outside the area, but he hits it low into the foot of Dann at the line of the 16-yard box.
50'
Smith crosses from the left, looking for Wilson at the near corner of the six-yard box, but Cahill is on hand to lump it clear.
49'
D. Solanke enters the game and replaces J. King.
King hobbles gingerly down the tunnel as Solanke comes on in his place. He could be a big miss in the weeks to come if that's anything serious.
46'
A. Danjuma enters the game and replaces H. Wilson.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: BOURNEMOUTH 0-2 CRYSTAL PALACE
45' +2
A. Smith gets yellow.
Benteke heads the corner clear.
Smith is booked for a foul on Zaha, going in late on him as Palace countered from the corner.
45' +1
Two minutes of stoppage time.
Cook shows some neat footwork at the edge of the area to find Stacey in space on the right. He tries to pull the ball back and Van Aanholt slides it out for a corner.
45'
J. Ayew gets yellow.
Ayew is booked for a late challenge on Lerma, bumping him to the ground in the centre circle. Lerma makes the most of it, but it was a foul.
Bournemouth make a change at the break, Danjuma coming on for Harry Wilson.
After an initial false start, we're back up and running for the second half.
44'
Brooks gets the delivery all wrong, sending the free-kick soaring over the heads of everybody in the penalty area and out for a goal kick.
43'
Zaha steps on Harry Wilson's foot as he goes in late with a tackle. It's a decent position for a free-kick to be whipped in from the right touchline.
42'
Brooks delivers a corner from the right, Benteke touches it on and as Guaita comes out to punch at thin air, Ake runs into the shoulder of Dann. No foul.
40'
We're coming towards half-time now, and Bournemouth still haven't mustered a single shot on target. Worse for Eddie Howe, Palace don't look like they're having to try especially hard to keep them at bay.
38'
The corner drops to Benteke's feet in the penalty area but he doesn't react quickly enough to get a shot away, and eventually a Bournemouth player is fouled in the melee.
37'
Ward crosses towards Benteke at the back post, but it's over his head and nodded behind for a corner.
36'
Harry Wilson tries to find Ake with an outswinging corner from the left, but his delivery is high and the Dutchman can't stretch high enough to direct it goalwards.
34'
Bournemouth are struggling to put any sort of combination play together when they get within 40 yards of goal. The two strikers are playing a long way away from each other, and neither of the wide players are having an impact.
32'
Brooks and Lerma each attempt to bustle their way through at the edge of the area but neither can find a way through. Lerma snaps a shot at goal as it bounces loose, but he cuts across it and it flies over.
31'
Lewis Cook tries to find Harry Wilson with a raking ball out to the right, but he overhits it and the attack dies. Bournemouth aren't looking at all fluid so far tonight.
29'
King looks to come inside again but Ward is absolutely all over him, arms around his chest. Nothing given.
27'
King comes inside from the left and swings his right foot at the ball, but it balloons very high and very wide.
23'
J. Ayew has scored a goal for Crystal Palace! Assist by P. van Aanholt.
Ake meets Van Aanholt's ball in and heads clear at the edge of the area.
GOAL! 2-0 Palace, Ayew with a tidy finish! They've been the better team for the last 10 minutes and it's a simple goal. Zaha dawdles on the ball at the corner of the area, lays it off to Van Aanholt on the overlap, and he crosses low for Ayew to direct a nice sidefooted finish into the bottom-left corner.
Van Aanholt gets the assist for an overlapping run capped with an accurate low cross.
22'
Lerma fouls Zaha in midfield, 40 yards or so from goal, over on the left. Van Aanholt will deliver a cross from deep.
21'
Palace have taken control of proceedings a little more since taking the lead. Bournemouth had been dominating possession up until that point, but now it's pretty much even. Most of it is still taking place in midfield, though.
19'
McArthur crosses from the left for Benteke, but Ake gets there first and clears the ball. It comes back out for Milivojevic, but he sends a wild shot high and wide.
17'
The corner is cleared but it comes back out to Brooks by the left touchline. He bends in a good right-footed cross to Callum Wilson, who flicks a header over the bar from eight yards out.
16'
Brooks plays a neat pass into King and he spins to find Callum Wilson in the area. Wilson tries to turn and shoot but his touch is loose and it's forced out for a corner.
15'
Smith is looking up for the game today. He makes a run forward down the left for the second time but as he passes to Lerma in midfield, the Colombian loops a pass back to Ake and the defender has to backtrack to retrieve it.
12'
L. Milivojević has scored a goal for Crystal Palace!
Brooks fouls Zaha just by the left corner of the penalty area, in a really good shooting position. Van Aanholt and Milivojevic over it.
GOOALLL!! Crystal Palace lead 1-0, Milivojevic with an absolute beauty! The free-kick was in the perfect position for him over on the left, and he bends an absolute peach into the top-left corner. Ramsdale gets a hand to it but can only touch it onto the bar and in.
11'
McArthur touches the ball on to Zaha at the edge of the area, and the winger comes infield from the left to shoot. He gets a good, clean strike on the ball but gets under it and it flies over the crossbar.
10'
Callum Wilson controls a chipped pass in midfield, then absolutely shanks it straight out of play for a throw-in on the halfway line. He's perhaps not quite up to full match sharpness at this point.
8'
Lewis Cook makes good headway with a burst through the centre but there's a breakdown in communications with Harry Wilson to his right and the ball goes astray. Stacey tries to latch onto it, but Van Aanholt easily gets there first.
7'
Van Aanholt gets into space on the left for Palace but opts to play infield to Zaha rather than cross. The winger takes it past one man but another gets out to him before he can pick a pass or find room for a shot.
3'
It's been a low-key start to the game, both teams feeling their way into it. Smith tries to make progress down the left but Ward takes it off his toe and hoofs it into the empty stand.
1'
We're off and running, Palace launching the ball downfield from kick-off.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the fourth and final Premier League game of the day, as Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth host Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace at the Vitality Stadium.
It’s a big game at the bottom of the table. Palace are looking safe in mid-table but Bournemouth started the day third from bottom, with the bottom six separated by just six points as the season resumed.
BOURNEMOUTH (4-4-2): Aaron Ramsdale; Adam Smith, Nathan Ake, Steve Cook, Jack Stacey; David Brooks, Jefferson Lerma, Lewis Cook, Harry Wilson; Callum Wilson, Joshua King.
SUBS: Junior Stanislas, Dominic Solanke, Chris Mepham, Dan Gosling, Artur Boruc, Andrew Surman, Arnaut Danjuma Groeneveld, Lloyd Kelly.
CRYSTAL PALACE (4-3-3): Vicente Guaita; Patrick van Aanholt, Scott Dann, Gary Cahill, Joel Ward; Cheikhou Kouyate, Luka Milivojevic, James McArthur; Wilfried Zaha, Christian Benteke, Jordan Ayew.
SUBS: Max Meyer, Mamadou Sakho, Andros Townsend, Wayne Hennessey, Brandon Pierrick Keutcha, Nikola Tavares, Tyrick Mithcell, Jairo Riedewald, James McCarthy.
The players are on their way out onto the pitch, and we're nearly ready for kick-off.
Eddie Howe must be thinking about changing something at the break. Either in terms of personnel or tactics, they need to do something different if they're going to even think about scoring twice.
Today's results see Palace move above Arsenal into ninth, while Bournemouth remain 18th. They'll drop to second-bottom if Aston Villa can pull off a surprise victory against Chelsea tomorrow.
That's it from me here tonight, I hope you've enjoyed following along. Until the next time, goodbye!
