Description

The hosts are keeping the ball very well now, with Freiburg being forced to get everyone back behind the ball in their own half to try and soak up the pressure.
58'
Unfortunately for Freiburg, both Wolfsburg and Hoffenheim are currently winning their games comfortably, which means that Freiburg will miss out on European qualification if this result remains the same.
56'
Bayern have managed to settle the game down now, after a good start to the second half by Freiburg, but the visitors couldn't capitalise on their chances.
54'
Poor effort! A Freiburg free-kick is well defended by Bayern, but the ball then falls straight to the feet of Keitel on the edge of the box, who tries to volley it towards goal, but it's a poor shot and flies well wide of the Bayern goal.
52'
Corner to Freiburg here, can they create an opportunity from the set piece? Holer does well to win the header at the back post, but he can't turn it towards goal and the ball flies well over the crossbar.
48'
Hernandez is on the receiving end of a late challenge from Hofler as the pair both went for a high ball near the half way line. The left-back should be fine to continue though.

Surely it is going to be a tough ask for Freiburg to overturn a two-goal deficit, with the way that Bayern are playing right now. They look like they could score every time they attack.
39'
There's not long left to play at the Allianz Arena before the end of the first half now, will we see any more goals before the half-time whistle?

R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by L. Hernández.
GOOOAAALLL! Lewandowski with his second of the game to make it 3-1! Superb counter-attack by Bayern, with Goretzka releasing Hernandez down the left wing and he drills a terrific ball into the six-yard box, which Lewandowski gets to ahead of his marker and pokes it past Schwolow and into the back of the net.
Hernandez could easily have gone for goal himself in that position, after a terrific run to keep up with the counter-attack. However, instead he opted to pass to Lewandowski, who made the finish look easy.
35'
Bayern are trying to push back now and exert their dominance on the game once again, after dropping off the pace after going 2-0 up.
33'
L. Höler has scored a goal for Freiburg!
GOOOAAALLL! Freiburg have pulled a goal back, it's 2-1! Schmid gets in behind Hernandez deep into the Bayern penalty area and fires a low shot underneath Ulreich which takes a slight deflection and Holer then pokes it home into an empty net from just a yard or so out.
30'
The pace of the game has dropped again, with Bayern not attacking with as much energy now they are 2-0 up, it's Freiburg who are enjoying most of the possession.
26'
Despite Bayern wrapping up the Bundesliga title during the week, they are really going for the win here and not taking it easy. Freiburg are yet to test Ulreich in the Bayern goal.
24'

GOOOAAALLL! Lewandowski makes it 2-0 Bayern! Lovely one-two between Goretzka and Muller on the edge of the box, with Goretzka firing a low shot towards goal, which is well saved by Schwolow, but the rebound falls straight to the feet of Lewandowski, who easily heads home from just a few yards out.

Decent cross by Cuisance from the right wing, it's low and dipping towards the far post but none of his Bayern team-mates are on the same wavelength and the ball goes out of play for a goal kick.
20'
Good save! Muller is allowed too much time and space on the edge of the penalty area and he gets a shot away, but Schwolow gets down quickly and makes a good save to his left.
19'

Bayern seem in complete control now after taking the lead, there is a lot of space in midfield for the likes of Kimmich and Goretzka to dominate.

GOOOAAALLL! Bayern take the lead, it's 1-0! Kimmich breaks the deadlock after 15 minutes, after lovely hold up play and pass by Lewandowski in the box, drawing in the defenders, before playing the ball off to Kimmich on the edge of the penalty area, who slides it into the bottom left-hand corner of the net.
It looked like Lewandowski was going to try to turn and shoot at goal himself, but he instead played it back to Kimmich who was completely unmarked and he made no mistakes with the finish.
9'
Freiburg are seeing more of the ball now and are getting forward down the wings quite a lot, but they are struggling to get any decent balls into the box towards their forwards.

Over the bar! Sallai rises above his marker at the far post as a deep cross comes into the box, but his header flies well over the crossbar, with Ulreich not troubled.

Bayern wrapped up their eighth consecutive Bundesliga title on Tuesday with a 1-0 victory over Werder Bremen, with two games remaining. Since the return of Bundesliga action in May, they have won all seven of their league games and booked their place in the DFB-Pokal final against Bayer Leverkusen in July. Today's game may be a chance to rest some players ahead of that crucial game in two weeks' time.
BAYERN (4-2-3-1): Sven Ulreich; Benjamin Pavard, Javi Martinez, Jerome Boateng, Lucas Hernandez; Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich; Michael Cuisance, Thomas Muller, Sarpreet Singh; Robert Lewandowski.
Freiburg are also enjoying a good run of form at the moment, having won two and drawn one of their last three games, to move them up to eighth position in the Bundesliga, just one point off the Europa League spots, with Wolfsburg and Hoffenheim in sixth and seventh position.
Prior to kick-off, Freiburg were just one point off the Europa League spots, so they need to come out after the break and try to take the game to Bayern and get a point.
That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Bayern will wrap up their Bundesliga campaign next weekend against Wolfsburg, whilst Freiburg return home to face Schalke on the final day of the season.
