Bournemouth have a free-kick 35 yards out but are obviously in no rush to take it. The resulting free-kick is taken by Stanislas and finds Surridge but he can only head over the bar from close range.
90' +2
It is not all good news for Bournemouth as the cameras pan to Ake in the stands clutching his crutches. You would have to assume that is his season over.

90'
S. Surridge enters the game and replaces C. Wilson.
Callum Wilson goes off and will be replaced by Surridge for the last few minutes of the game.
88'
What a turn around at the Vitality Stadium but Leicester have largely been at fault for their own undoing. Wayward passes and a lack of concentration have granted Bournemouth three goals and that is before considering Soyuncu's petulance following Solanke's first.
87'
D. Solanke has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth!
GOALLLLL!! 4-1 and Solanke has two! Fuchs looks to play a simple pass inside to Bennett, however, Solanke is alert to the danger and jumps in, rounding Bennett before sliding his shot between Schmeichel's legs with his left-foot.
86'
J. Stanislas gets yellow.
Stanislas goes to take a throw but is booked before he can do so. Attwell seems to think the winger was time wasting.
85'
There has to be a large amount of credit given to Howe here, he was brave enough to make the change and bring on Stanislas at half-time. The winger has changed the game with his goal and general attacking impetus.
83'
J. Evans is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
GOALL!! 3-1! Lewis Cook plays in Stanislas on the right side of midfield, the winger runs at Bennett before cutting in and curling a left-footed strike straight at Evans, who can only deflect the ball in to his own net. Schmeichel could do nothing in goal as the deflection left him with no chance.

Rico launches a long ball down the left wing towards Callum Wilson's head, the ball evades the striker and rolls in to the path of Solanke, who scores from the left side of the area.
GOAL!!!! 2-1 BOURNEMOUTH. What a turn around. Rico’s long ball is flicked on by Callum Wilson and in to the path of Solanke. The striker races away down the left before firing a right-footed shot which squeezes under Schmeichel and rolls into Leicester’s net. It looks like something has gone on off the ball with Soyuncu in the net too.
RED CARD FOR LEICESTER! After the goal Soyuncu gets caught up in an altercation with Callum Wilson in the net before lashing out and putting the striker on the floor. VAR checks it and decides the centre-back has kicked out and will have to go for violent conduct. What was he thinking there?

64'
W. Ndidi gets yellow.
Ndidi is booked for his foul on Callum Wilson for the penalty. He, arguably, is lucky to escape a red card there as it looked deliberate.
62'
Perez does well, following Attwell's advantage, and tees up Tielemans. However, the Belgian's shot from outside the area is block by Cook before it can trouble Ramsdale's goal.
58'
Billing falls to the floor clutching his stomach after being winded by a strong Bennett challenge. Ndidi is then late in to a tackle and Bournemouth have a free-kick wide on the left wing.
55'
This has been a better start by Bournemouth, they are pressing high and enjoying a bit of possession in the Leicester half. Can they work an opening?

Callum Wilson races away down the left wing and goes down under the pressure of Soyuncu, but as with the Perez penalty appeal, Attwell shakes his head and decides it was a fair tackle.
52'
Perez chops around Kelly in the Bournemouth box and falls to the floor, referee Attwell is having none of it and denies any claims for a penalty.

HALF-TIME: BOURNEMOUTH 0-1 LEICESTER CITY
45' +2
Rico does extremely well with a sliding challenge near the byline to stop Justin's cross, resulting in a Leicester corner. Tielemans' outswinging corner is headed away and Leicester, again, regain possession.
45'
There has been five minutes added on to the first half, perhaps due to the two injuries.
44'
Bournemouth win possession back high up the pitch, however, Stacey is unable to beat the first man with his cross and the half chance comes to nothing.
42'
Brooks was tipped to make the difference before the game but he is easily guided away from goal by three Leicester defenders. Leicester then look to break and Iheanacho is fouled near the halfway line.
41'
Tielemans sells Gosling with a dummy before floating in a cross, which is headed away by Bournemouth. The clearance reaches Ndidi, who volleys wide from 25 yards out.
40'
S. Cook enters the game and replaces N. Aké.
Steve Cook, who himself has just come back from a hamstring problem, replaces the injured Ake.
35'
Perez carries the ball well over the halfway line and then rolls a throughball in to the advancing Justin, whose cross is turned away for a corner at the front post.
34'
Rodgers will be delighted by Leicester's start, his side look comfortable and authoritative as they assertively knock the ball from side to side and search for a second goal.
33'

Gosling takes a nasty bang to the head and Bournemouth have a free-kick around forty yards out. The resulting free-kick finds Ake in the box who theatrically falls down under virtually no pressure from the Leicester defenders.
24'
A drinks break now follows the break in play. It has been all Leicester so far and they look good value for their lead.
23'
J. Vardy has scored a goal for Leicester City!
GOALLLLLL!!!!! 1-0 LEICESTER. Iheanacho is slid in down the left wing and chips the ball over the advancing Ramsdale. Gosling and Kelly then make a mess of the clearance on the line and Vardy tackles the ball in from two yards out.
22'
Vardy has two strikes in the Bournemouth box, which are both blocked by Kelly before they can trouble Ramsdale's goal. The ball gets recycled and Leicester again have possession.
20'
Bournemouth can not seem to get out of their half at the minute. A long ball forward from Ake reaches Callum Wilson but he brings down Fuchs and gives away a free-kick near the halfway line.
19'
Perez slides in Vardy wide on the right, he is in acres of space but his drilled cross evades everyone and Ramsdale sweeps up the danger.
17'
The enforced change sees Bennett move to the right-side of Leicester's back three, with Justin replacing Albrighton in the right wing-back role.
16'
R. Bennett enters the game and replaces M. Albrighton.
Bennett replaces the injured Albrighton, who went down after what seemed like a somewhat innocuous challenge with Solanke.
9'
There is more confusion at the back for Bournemouth! Fuchs' cross looks to be heading nowhere but Rico gifts possession to Perez inside the area, he sets up Iheanacho, who blasts the ball high and wide of Ramsdale's goal.
8'
Ramsdale is caught in two minds as Albrighton curls a pass over the top of the Bournemouth defence. The goalkeeper is then nearly caught out by Iheanacho's left-footed flick but Ake is there to chest the ball away from Vardy, who would have had an open goal there.
7'
Leicester's extra man in midfield is evident in the early stages of proceedings as they have quickly settled in to the game and are keeping the ball well. However, Bournemouth continue to press high up the pitch whenever the opportunity presents itself.
4'
Danjuma and Rico link up well on the left wing, the winger's flick sets Rico away but his cross is tame and Evans comfortably deals with the danger.
3'
It seems like Justin will play on the right side of Leicester's back three, with Fuchs occupying the left wing-back role.
Brooks has some early joy down the right hand side and floats a ball from the byline in to Callum Wilson, who fails to bring the cross down and Leicester have a goal-kick.
2'
A bit of early confusion between Kelly and Ramsdale sees the centre-back scuff a clearance to Vardy. Albrighton receives the ball on the right but his cross is weak and does not beat the first man.
1'
Referee Stuart Attwell blows his whistle and we are underway!
Hello and welcome to coverage of the Premier League fixture between Bournemouth and Leicester City.
Brendan Rodgers’ side come to the Vitality Stadium knowing a victory will take them back up above Chelsea and in to third place. At the other end of the table, earlier wins for Watford and Aston Villa have placed even greater pressure on Eddie Howe’s team to get a result today, in order for them to have any hope of escaping relegation.
BOURNEMOUTH (4-4-2): Aaron Ramsdale; Lloyd Kelly, Jack Stacey, Nathan Ake, Diego Rico; David Brooks, Dan Gosling, Jefferson Lerma, Arnaut Danjuma Groeneveld; Dominic Solanke, Callum Wilson.
SUBS: Artur Boruc, Andrew Surman, Sam Surridge, Harry Wilson, Jack Simpson, Steve Cook, Phillip Billing, Junior Stanislas, Lewis Cook.
LEICESTER CITY (3-4-1-2): Kasper Schmeichel; Jonny Evans, Caglar Soyuncu, Christian Fuchs; James Justin, Youri Tielemans, Wilfred Ndidi, Marc Albrighton; Ayoze Perez; Kelechi Iheanacho, Jamie Vardy.
SUBS: Danny Ward, Wes Morgan, Demarai Gray, Nampalys Mendy, Harvey Barnes, Dennis Praet, Matty James, Hamza Choudhury, Ryan Bennett.
The players are making their way on to the pitch and the game will be underway shortly.
If Rodgers' side replicate their first-half performance they will definitely be heading back to Leicester with three points and the likelihood of Champions League qualification will further increase. For Bournemouth, Howe needs to find a way to get Brooks and Callum Wilson more involved in the game. Howe's concerns on the pitch, will only be further compounded by the loss of Ake in the first-half to injury.
That win takes Bournemouth up to 18th but they remain three points adrift of safety. Nevertheless, this result comes at a vital time and could be the catalyst for an unlikely escape from relegation. For Leicester, they make it seven on the road without a win. More importantly, that result further opens the door for Manchester United and Chelsea to jump in and steal their Champions League spot.
