This is Germany's final game before the World Cup begins, with their tournament beginning next Wednesday against Japan. They'll be looking to go into it on the back of a good result after winning just one of their last seven matches in all competitions (D5 L1). Oman missed out on qualifying for their first-ever World Cup, but come into today having lost just one of their last seven outings (W3 D3), though that did come last time out when they were beaten 1-0 by Jordan.
