Due to time-wasting from a free-kick on the edge of his area, Leno is booked by the referee.
90' +6
A foul by Chukwuemeka on Cairney concedes a free-kick, and surely Fulham will now get this win over the line - there can hardly be any more time remaining.
90' +4
N. Chalobah enters the game and replaces Carlos Vinícius.
Potential match-winner Vinicius is replaced by Nathaniel Chalobah, whose brother Trevoh was substituted earlier by Chelsea.
90' +3
D. James enters the game and replaces Andreas Pereira.
Fulham make two further changes. First, Pereira is applauded off and James comes on.
90'
As six minutes of stoppage time are indicated by the officials, Chelsea are struggling to get out of their own half. There's still time to find an equaliser, though, against all the odds.
88'
After Cucurella has an inswinging cross headed behind, Ziyech delivers the corner into the box. Leno coolly takes the ball above Silva's head - cue raucous roars from the Fulham fans!
86'
Plucking the bright yellow ball out of the night sky, Arrizabalaga clasps a tame Wilson curler from 20 yards out; making a fairly routine save.
85'
Again Chukwuemeka initiates a Chelsea attack, but at its end, Havertz fails to make contact with a bicycle kick and the flag then goes up for offside.

T. Adarabioyo gets yellow.
For time-wasting by delaying a free-kick, Adarabioyo is shown a yellow card.

Having opened the scoring against his former club today, Willian is offered some warm applause upon his substitution; Solomon will be his replacement.
82'
Chukwuemeka's throughball from midfield almost picks out Havertz on the edge of the area, but it runs just behind the Chelsea forward and Leno can then boot the ball away.

H. Ziyech enters the game and replaces M. Mount.
Finally, Mount makes way for Ziyech, as Chelsea adopt an all-or-nothing approach for the final 10 minutes.
79'
C. Gallagher enters the game and replaces M. Kovačić.
Marc Cucurella enters the game and replaces T. Chalobah.
C. Chukwuemeka enters the game and replaces L. Hall.
The second change sees Chukwuemeka come on for Chalobah.
Gallagher replaces Kovacic in midfield for the visitors.
77'
It looks as though Potter is going to go for broke here - he's got little left to lose - and a four-man substitution is being readied near the touchline.
76'
M. Mount gets yellow.
Allowing his frustration to boil over, Mount jumps into a challenge on Cairney and is the latest Chelsea player to have his name taken by the referee.
73'
Carlos Vinícius has scored a goal for Fulham! Assist by Andreas Pereira.
FULHAM BACK IN FRONT! The Cottagers make their advantage pay against 10-man Chelsea, as Vinicius rises highest at the back post to beat Chalobah to the ball and power his header past a helpless Arrizabalaga! It was a superb cross from Pereira to set up the chance, and the stand-in striker didn't hesitate: 2-1!
With the latest of his pinpoint deliveries into the box, Pereira picks out goalscorer Vinicius with a well-placed cross to the back post.
70'
Hall just about manages to get the ball away into touch following a dangerous ball into the box, but Chelsea are now being forced back by their hosts and it could be a rearguard action for the Blues over the next 20 minutes.
68'
T. Cairney enters the game and replaces H. Reed.
H. Wilson enters the game and replaces B. De Cordova-Reid.
Reed is replaced in midfield by Cairney.
Turning to fresh legs, as Fulham go for the win against 10-man opponents, Silva makes a double change. First, De Cordova-Reid makes way for Wilson.
66'
Using all his years of experience, Willian cleverly buys a foul from Chalobah on the left wing and earns Fulham a free-kick. However, from the inswinging set-piece, Ream can't steer his header at goal and Chelsea ultimately get the ball away to safety.
62'
L. Hall gets yellow.
Hall is left exposed on the left flank, and an ill-timed challenge on De Cordova-Reid sees the young wing-back receive a yellow card.
60'
Now down to 10 men, following the dismissal of perhaps their most productive player today, Chelsea have a tough task on their hands to keep in-form Fulham at bay. The Blues' coaching staff sit stunned on the sidelines, while Silva will be plotting how his side can take advantage during the final half-hour.
58'
João Félix goes off after a red card!
RED CARD! Joao Felix is sent off on his Chelsea debut! For throwing himself into a reckless studs-up challenge on Tete, the on-loan forward is shown a straight red card and will not complete even an hour on his first Premier League appearance!
56'
Jorginho enters the game and replaces D. Zakaria.
Zakaria joins Chelsea's lengthy injury list, as an apparent muscular issue ends his game prematurely. It is Jorginho who will replace him in midfield.
54'
On the counter-attack, Mount loses control of the ball just outside the left of Fulham's area, and the chance of another Chelsea goal is lost.
52'
Pereira rides his momentum to surge into the Chelsea area from the right-hand side, but his shot at goal is deflected behind for a corner which Chelsea clear at the first attempt.
50'
Not for the first time, Joao Felix tests Leno's alertness with an early shot, but once again the forward's effort is too centrally placed and is quite comfortably saved.
47'
K. Koulibaly has scored a goal for Chelsea!
CHELSEA STRIKE BACK! Soon after the restart, Hall wins a free-kick on the left side of Fulham's area, which Mount cleverly whips against the near post. The ball bounces out to Koulibaly inside the six-yard box, and the centre-back squeezes the ball over the line for the equaliser! It only crossed the line by a matter of inches, but Chelsea don't care: it's 1-1!
46'
Chelsea kick off, and we are back under way at Craven Cottage!
45' +3
HALF-TIME: FULHAM 1-0 CHELSEA
45' +1
Chelsea carefully probe inside Fulham's half, with Joao Felix dropping deep and linking up with Kovacic in search of an opening, but the home side stand firm - they're determined to take a one-goal advantage with them down the tunnel at half-time.
42'
A promising move almost breaks down with a stray pass from Pereira, but Fulham manage to recycle the ball and Tete's from the right cross towards Vinicius at the back post is met with a header which forces Arrizabalaga into a routine save.
38'
Havertz skips past Robinson on the right side of Fulham's area, before Ream gets a touch on Azpilicueta's driven shot and deflects it behind for a corner. Nothing comes of Chelsea's latest set-piece opportunity, however.
37'
After a brief delay for Palhihna to receive treatment following Chalobah's late tackle, the game gets back under way.
36'
T. Chalobah gets yellow.
After losing control of the ball on the edge of his own area, Chalobah crunches into a lunging challenge on Palhinha and is shown a merited yellow card.
35'
With a spectacular acrobatic attempt from distance, Kovacic sends the ball off target following another Chelsea corner.
32'
A dangerous inswinging free-kick from the left flank by Pereira picks out Palhinha in the area, but as soon as the latter shoots wide on the turn, the flag is raised to indicate offside.
25'
Willian has scored a goal for Fulham!
FULHAM LEAD! Ex-Chelsea man Willian puts his team 1-0 up in this West London derby, as Azpilicueta and company back off; allowing the Brazilian winger to step inside the area and drive a deflected shot into the bottom-right corner! It's an excellent finish, but he doesn't celebrate too wildly, out of respect for his former club.
23'
OFF THE BAR! The woodwork is left vibrating by a powerful strike by De Cordova-Reid from the right-hand side of the area, after the Fulham winger is played in by Vinicius from the edge of the box. The ball then bounces clear to safety, much to Arrizabalaga's relief.
20'
On the right byline, De Cordova-Reid forces Hall to concede a corner. From Pereira's short-corner routine, a lose touch by Reed sees the chance to apply more pressure surrendered and Fulham are frustrated again. Nonetheless, they've responded well to Chelsea's lively start.
18'
Under close attention from two defenders inside the Fulham area, Silva's header from a Mount corner is skewed wide of the right-hand post.
14'
Andreas Pereira gets yellow.
Another foul on Joao Felix by a Fulham player results in Pereira being shown a yellow card by the referee, who has not exercised much leniency so far today.
12'
The latest in a series of fouls by either side sees Chelsea skipper Azpilicueta send Vinicius toppling over, around 35 yards from the visitors' goal. The Blues clear their lines, though, as Fulham's positive spell continues.
10'
Kovacic thunders a drive into a bundle of bodies amassed on the edge of Fulham's area, and after the ball spins loose to Joao Felix on the left side of the box, the Portuguese forward pulls his shot well wide of the left-hand post.
9'
A. Robinson gets yellow.
For bringing down the fleet-footed Joao Felix inside his own half, Robinson becomes the first player booked today.
7'
Robinson's attempt to curl the ball into the area from the left byline is blocked behind for a corner by Chalobah. Pereira's cross from the first set-piece is sent behind again, then Silva clears the ball safely into touch.
5'
Clipped by compatriot Palhinha inside the centre circle, Joao Felix goes down and earns his side a free-kick, as Chelsea's bright start continues.
3'
SAVE! After a slick run from Joao Felix down the right, the Chelsea debutant sprints into the area and pulls the ball back for.Havertz, and on the rebound, Hall strikes an excellent opportunity straight at Leno! So close to an early opener!
1'
Following a moment of reflection following the recent death of former Chelsea striker Gianluca Vialli, Fulham kick off and we are under way in West London.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of today's Premier League clash between Fulham and Chelsea at Craven Cottage!
Today's West London derby takes place with Fulham finding themselves three places and three points better off than their near neighbours in the Premier League table, having played one game more. Since returning from the World Cup break, Marco Silva's side have seen off Crystal Palace, Southampton and Leicester City, while Hull City were their latest victims in the FA Cup last weekend. A 2-0 win on Saturday earned the Cottagers a place in the fourth round, and they now aim to win four consecutive top-flight matches for the first time since the 1965-66 season.
Chelsea's FA Cup exit at the hands of Manchester City last time out followed a 1-0 Premier League defeat to the champions at Stamford Bridge three days earlier, and today's visitors are on a woeful run of form. Graham Potter's injury-hit squad lost 4-0 in the cup; making it five defeats from their last seven competitive games. Now making the short journey to Craven Cottage trailing behind their local rivals in the standings, the Blues' last away victory came back in October. Nonetheless, Chelsea hold a seven-game winning streak against Fulham, in addition to a 21-match unbeaten run all told.
FULHAM (4-2-3-1): Bernd Leno; Kenny Tete, Tosin Adarabioyo, Tim Ream, Antonee Robinson; Harrison Reed, Joao Palhinha; Bobby De Cordova-Reid, Andreas Pereira, Willian; Carlos Vinicius.
SUBS: Marek Rodak, Layvin Kurzawa, Nathaniel Chalobah, Harry Wilson, Daniel James, Issa Diop, Tom Cairney, Manor Solomon, Luke Harris.
CHELSEA (3-4-2-1): Kepa Arrizabalaga; Trevoh Chalobah, Thiago Silva, Kalidou Koulibaly; Cesar Azpilicueta, Denis Zakaria, Mateo Kovacic, Lewis Hall; Mason Mount, Joao Felix; Kai Havertz.
SUBS: Marcus Bettinelli, Hakim Ziyech, Marc Cucurella, Conor Gallagher, Benoit Badiashile, Carney Chukwuemeka, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, David Datro Fofana, Jorginho.
The players are now out on the pitch, under the floodlights at Craven Cottage, and kick-off is now just moments away!
Some 16 years and 22 games since last beating Chelsea, Fulham - who have also won just seven of 74 league fixtures against their neighbours all told - are now 45 minutes away from ending that drought. But can they hold on?
That's all from Craven Cottage today, so thank you for joining us and goodbye!
Such has been their brilliant form this season, Fulham have now accrued 31 points from 19 Premier League fixtures, which already surpasses the entire total from their previous top-flight appearance in 2020-21. Chelsea are still 10th and sit 10 points adrift of the top four before hosting Crystal Palace on Sunday.
