Lucas Moura enters the game and replaces D. Kulusevski.
P. Sarr enters the game and replaces O. Skipp.
We'll play four minutes of added time as Tottenham close in on a comfortable victory.
89'
Kulusevski has been unplayable at times down that right edge, causing West Ham all sorts of problems, and the Swede comes off for Lucas Moura to see out the game.
Skipp has also been impressive in the middle of the park, as a fellow youngster in Pape Matar Sarr comes on in his place.
87'
Benrahma is released into space down the left and takes on the defence looking to cross, but in slides opening goalscorer Emerson Royal to win the ball with the cleanest of slide tackles, and another Spurs break sets off.

D. Ings enters the game and replaces M. Antonio.
S. Benrahma enters the game and replaces F. Downes.
Son Heung-Min has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by H. Kane.
What a ball from Kane, and to say he's only just come on cold, what a run, touch and finish from Son!
The booked Antonio is off in West Ham's first change, and January signing Danny Ings replaces him up front.
Downes also comes off, and is replaced by the man he replaced in the starting line-up, Said Benrahma.
GOOOAAALLL!!! A killer cameo from Son!!! Great strength and timing from Kane sees him outmuscle Ogbonna off the ball before playing a perfectly-weighted ball throughball into Son's feet. The South Korean charges into the box, and takes a touch before slotting it beyond Fabianski and into the far corner!! Spurs double their lead, and at 2-0 down there looks to be absolutely no way back for West Ham now.
70'
Spurs can't find a way into the West Ham box, so Lenglet shoots from distance, but the ball takes a massive deflection, spiralling skyward before being claimed in the air by Fabianski.
68'

Richarlison comes off in Spurs' first change, and Son Heung-min replaces him in the front three for the hosts.

Another Hammers corner is met by Soucek in the box, but his downward header deflects off Antonio's back before Romero hacks it clear for Spurs.
62'
M. Antonio gets yellow.
A sliding Antonio challenge son Kane results in a yellow card for the West Ham forward, despite him getting all of the ball and none of the man!
56'
Emerson Royal has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by B. Davies.
The run around the outside from Davies there was just superb, and his pass for the goal was perfectly weighted, allowing Emerson Royal to slot it home.
GOOOOOAAAALLLL!!!! The Tottenham defenders combine for the opener!!! Hojbjerg's defence splitting pass finds Davies making a dart down the left channel, and he has his other wing-back Emerson Royal ahead of him. He steps inside to find the Brazilian, who side-foots a composed finish into the bottom corner, with a stranded Fabianski rooted to the spot!! 1-0 to Spurs, and their full-backs really came to the fore there!
53'
Another break from Tottenham sees Kulusevski fire a throughball forward with Skipp running through the middle. Fabianski gets there first though, racing out of his box to clear the ball away!
51'
A gingerly-moving Bowen wins a corner and crosses the ball in, with an odd glancing header from Spurs' Romero sending the ball behind for another!

45' +3
Kane steps out of a challenge and looks to shoot from 25 yards, but he slips as he strikes the ball and his effort sails into Fabianski's grasp.
HALF-TIME: TOTTENHAM 0-0 WEST HAM.
45'
We'll play three added minutes at the end of what has been quite a disjointed first half in north London.
44'
Now Lenglet is down clutching his head, and a second Spurs defender in as many minutes receives lengthy treatment before being cleared to carry on.
42'
Play halts due to an injury to Tottenham's Romero, but their World Cup-winning centre-back is eventually able to get back on his feet and resume play.

30'
Richarlison gets around the outside of Kehrer before attempting to cross into the box, but the German defender stands tall and blocks the ball out for a Spurs corner.
28'
A succession of Spurs crosses are whipped into the box, all to be headed clear by Hammers defenders with Soucek in particular coming to the fore.
26'
Ogbonna climbs up the back of Kane in attempting to win a header, but having done so is penalised for the contact on the Tottenham captain.
24'
Bowen cuts inside from the left and beats two challenges before finding Antonio in the box, but the ball is hoofed clear by Skipp before the Jamaica international can turn and shoot.
21'
Richarlison dribbles into the area and looks to find shooting space, but he is crowded out by Kehrer and Coufal and loses the ball in the process.

15'
Richarlison looks to release Emerson Royal inside the box, but the ball appears to be blocked by Kehrer's hand! The hosts aren't happy, but the referee's not seen it and VAR doesn't intervene either!
9'
O. Skipp gets yellow.
Skipp slides in wildly on Antonio, catching the Hammers forward late on the centre spot. It's a rash, needless challenge, and one that sees the Spurs midfielder pick up the first booking of the game.
7'
Spurs work the ball forward down the left and Richarlison finds Skipp on the edge of the box, but his clipped pass into Kane comes to nothing as the Spurs captain was already offside.
5'
A heavy touch from Skipp on the edge of his own box invites pressure, and Soucek presses Davies back before forcing another Hammers corner.
3'
West Ham win a free-kick and Emerson Palmieri floats the ball into the box. Aguerd's header into the six-yard box causes trouble, and Hojbjerg is forced to put it behind for the first corner of the match.
1'
Bowen kicks off for the Hammers, and this London derby is up and running!
Hello, and welcome to live coverage of this Premier League fixture, as Tottenham host West Ham in a London derby.
Fifth-placed Tottenham have been extremely inconsistent since returning from the World Cup break, winning just three of their eight Premier League games since the restart and losing four, including a 4-1 defeat by Leicester last time out. However, a win in this game will see them leapfrog Newcastle into fourth, and would abate the pressure being applied by Fulham a place and point below them.
Things are far less comfortable for West Ham at the other end of the table, with the Hammers occupying the final relegation place having won just once in the league since the break for the World Cup. They are unbeaten since that victory against Everton though, drawing their last two league games, and will exit the bottom three if they avoid defeat in North London.
WEST HAM SUBS: Alphonse Areola, Ben Johnson, Aaron Cresswell, Gianluca Scamacca, Pablo Fornals, Manuel Lanzini, Danny Ings, Said Benrahma, Kaelan Casey.
WEST HAM (3-4-2-1): Lukasz Fabianski; Thilo Kehrer, Angelo Ogbonna, Nayef Aguerd; Vladimir Coufal, Tomas Soucek, Declan Rice, Emerson Palmieri; Jarrod Bowen, Flynn Downes; Michail Antonio.
TOTTENHAM (3-4-3): Fraser Forster; Cristian Romero, Eric Dier, Clement Lenglet; Emerson Royal, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Oliver Skipp, Ben Davies; Dejan Kulusevski, Harry Kane, Richarlison.
TOTTENHAM SUBS: Brandon Austin, Davinson Sanchez, Son Heung-min, Ivan Perisic, Arnaut Danjuma, Pedro Porro, Japhet Tanganga, Lucas Moura, Pape Sarr.
The teams head out of the tunnel at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which is packed to the rafters as kick-off approaches!
We're back for the second half, and who, if any, will be the player to break the deadlock here?
That's all from us, we hope you enjoyed the game. Until the next one, goodbye!
That 2-0 victory sends Spurs above Newcastle in the Premier League table to occupy fourth spot, albeit having played one game more than the Magpies. West Ham on the other hand remain in the bottom three on 20 points, less than double Tottenham's 42, with only Leeds and Southampton below them in the table.
