GOAAAAAAL FOR STOKE! After so many wasted West Ham chances, it's Stoke that appear to have won it right at the death. It's a corner from the left from Charlie Adam which meets the onrushing Diouf who escapes his marker and headers powerfully into the net. An incredible turnaround and West Ham's European dreams are dealt a blow.

78'
C. Adam enters the game and replaces Bojan Krkić.
Substitution for Stoke: Charlie Adam replaces Bojan.
WEST HAM CHANCE! Goalline technology to the rescue for Stoke as yet another opportunity for West Ham goes begging. Another cross into the area is flicked acrobatically across goal to Kouyate, whose poke appears to be heading in but Whelan comes to Stoke's rescue right on the line.
75'
CHANCE!! West Ham waste another fantastic opportunity to retake the lead. A corner forces more mayhem in the Stoke area, and a goalbound header is hacked off the line.
74'
M. Diouf enters the game and replaces Joselu.
West Ham are desperately trying to force their way back into the lead, keen to secure European qualification. A succession of raids forward are denied through strong Stoke resistance.
Substitution: The quiet Joselu is replaced by Diouf for Stoke.
72'
Those changes have refreshed the Hammers, and Antonio has sparked back to life, winning another corner through his powerful running.
69'
CHANCE!! Enner Valencia wastes a glorious opportunity to put his side back into the lead just moments after entering the field. Mark Noble drifts a pinpoint cross over from the right, and although Valencia is at full-stretch, he'll be disappointed that he could only direct the ball well over Shay Given's bar. A real let-off for Stoke.
68'
West Ham now have a completely different strike force than the one that started the game, as Bilic shuffles his pack to attempt to regain the lead.
67'
E. Valencia enters the game and replaces A. Carroll.

65'
West Ham win their first corner of the second half as Lanzini's deep free-kick is headed behind. Given attemps to punch the subsequent delivery but he can't get more than fingertips to it and it's another corner.
Stoke look a little vulnerable to set-pieces, failing to properly clear the corner, but Reid can't get any power behind his header and Given catches the ball.
63'
More forceful attacking play almost sees Walters through on goal, but he overruns the ball and Randolph is able to gather. Stoke are launching wave after wave of attack here, and West Ham are looking to cling on.
61'
E. Emenike enters the game and replaces D. Sakho.
Substitution: Sakho is replaced by Emenike.
60'
Now it's Slaven Bilic with some thinking to do. Sakho receives some treatment, giving the visitors some welcome respite.
58'
The home side look like a totally different set of players from those that left the field at half-time. Bojan's direct running sees him within shooting distance, but his effort is dragged wide of the far post.
57'
Suddenly Stoke are right back in this contest and the home crowd are in fine voice. They win a free-kick when Kouyate, already on a yellow, fells Walters.
55'
G. Imbula has scored a goal for Stoke City!
GOAAAAAAL! Stoke are level through a fantastic strike from Imbula! A rare lapse in defensive concentration from West Ham allows the midfielder to take several advancing strides towards the penalty area and his low left-footed drive is angled beyond the dive of Randolph into the bottom corner. Game on!
53'
A superb sliding challenge from Ogbonna stops Joselu in his tracks as he attempts to latch onto a superbly weighted pass from Arnautovic.
52'
Opportunities seem to be coming thick and fast for the visitors, but could the Hammers be made to regret not taking any of their string of chances to extend their lead?
51'
CHANCE!! Antonio again skips past the prone Wollscheid to run into acres of open space, and his square ball finds Sakho inside the penalty area. His shot on goal isn't well directed and is palmed to safety by Given.
49'
Slightly unlucky for Arnautovic as he finds a bit of room to stretch his legs behind West Ham, but the forward ball through to him clips his heels and bounces to safety.
47'
West Ham's defensive discipline has been impressive so far today, the back four again stepping up in line to catch Walters offside.
46'
Stoke get us underway for the second half.
No changes from either side thus far, but Mark Hughes will be hoping for a much brighter performance from his players early in the second period.
45' +1
Carroll has his first opportunity of the afternoon, latching onto an Antonio cross from the right. His first touch is loose, and in his attempt to wrestle the ball back under control, he gives away a free-kick.
45'
Imbula, who has otherwise impressed, is the latest to direct the ball straight into touch, much to the frustration of the home support.
43'
Every time Stoke try to bring the ball out from the back they are met by an intense press from West Ham's forward players, which is forcing them to keep going long. This is a very disciplined away performance from the Hammers so far.
42'
Audible annoyance from the Potters support as a promising situation on the right ends in disappointment when Cameron's low cross is underhit and fails to find its intended target.
40'
G. Imbula gets yellow.
Imbula picks up Stoke's first booking for a trip on Noble.

38'
A rare spell of Stoke possession ends when the ball ricochets off the referee. A potential counter attack is ended when a frustrated Whelan hacks down Lanzini.
36'

33'
A late tackle from Sakho has felled Pieters, who is down and receiving treatment. The break in play offers Stoke a welcome opportunity to regroup and attempt to gain a foothold in the game. The Hammers are currently in command.
31'
Antonio, who is causing a huge headache for Stoke, races away down the right flank and drifts a lovely ball into the box where Andy Carroll is usually waiting, but Cameron is able to scramble to safety.
30'
After an even opening to the contest, Stoke suddenly can't get out of their own half. A string of passes breaks down and West Ham are again back in possession, patiently probing and waiting for another opportunity.
28'
CLOSE! Stoke fans are rightly furious here. Their side's defence has the jitters since conceding. Sakho peels off his marker at the far post and collects a deep cross, but he opts to fire the ball towards Given's near post and it goes inches wide.
27'
CHANCE! West Ham are suddenly picking apart Stoke at ease, and Antonio goes close to adding his second of the game, drifting past challenges on the edge of the box but powering the ball just over the bar.
26'
West Ham are close to adding an immediate second when Lanzini finds himself in acres of space on the edge of the area. He takes a little too long to take aim and Shawcross is able to charge down the ball. Suddenly Stoke look vulnerable and can't get near West Ham's attacking players.
23'
M. Antonio has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by W. Reid.
Winston Reid will take the credit for a lovely assist, cushioning a deep corner down into the path of Antonio, whose skill and precision did the rest.
GOAAAAAL! West Ham take the lead through Michail Antonio! A corner goes deep forwards the far post, which is headed back across goal towards Antonio, who brings the ball down on his chest, swivels and powers the ball into the corner of the net through a sea of bodies. There was a suspicion of handball there when Antonio controlled the high ball, but the goal is given and the away support are ecstatic.
20'
C. Kouyaté gets yellow.
Kouyoate is penalised for a clumsy challenge, the first yellow of the game.
Arnautovic's free-kick is cleared as far as Whelan, who again crosses the ball too close to the goalkeeper and Randolph catches easily.
19'
The last three meetings between these two sides have ended in a draw, and it's easy to see why based on the opening of this game. Both sides look disciplined when not in possession, forcing the opposition to try the direct route. Pieters is the latest to launch the ball long towards Walters but it's overhit and goes out of play.
17'
Some patient build-up play almost leads to a chance for the Hammers, but Sakho cannot wriggle his way free from Shawcross and Given is able to boot the ball to safety.
14'
Injuries have forced Slaven Bilic to field a makeshift back four today, with James Tomkins deployed at right-back. His early forays forward have been a little tentative, this time playing the ball straight out of play.
13'
Bojan's neat lay-off finds Walters on the left, but his inswinging cross into the box is again within the reach of Randolph who gratefully clasps the ball to his chest. Stoke are finding joy in the wide areas but so far their delivery is lacking quality.
11'
The frenetic pace has slowed a little now, with West Ham content to knock it between their back four to take some sting from Stoke's early probes forward.
9'
Stoke are almost in behind West Ham's backline, but Arnautovic is flagged offside. It looked extremely tight, and the home crowd aren't too happy.
8'
It's a breathless start to the game, and the crowd aren't happy by a lunging challenge by Noble on Arnautovic which wins the home side a free-kick. Whelan's cross drifts harmlessly out of play.
7'
A half chance for West Ham thanks to the trickiness of Manuel Lanzini whose neat footwork finds half a yard of space on the left, but his cross is deflected towards the far post. Andy Carroll almost directs it back into trouble but Stoke are able to scramble clear.
5'
Aaron Cresswell has gone down and receives some treatment but he's able to continue, which will be a relief for Slaven Bilic.
3'
The Britannia Stadium faithful are in fine voice, basking in the glorious Spring sunshine which is bathing the ground. Cameron tries a first-time ball into the box but it's too close to Randolph who easily gathers.
2'
It's a lively start here, this time Stoke pressing forward. Erik Pieters gets the ball in space on the left but his cross is wayward and the ball flies into touch.

West Ham get us underway...
The visitors get an early free-kick, with Andy Carroll prowling in the area, but the cross into the area is easily dealt with in an early test for Stoke's backline.
Hello and welcome to the live text commentary for the game between Stoke City and West Ham on the last day of the Premier League season from the Britannia Stadium. A win for the visitors would secure a place in next year’s Europa League, while the hosts will be hoping to arrest a poor run of form which has seen Mark Hughes’ men without a win in their last six.
A pulsating 3-2 victory over Manchester United in midweek in the last ever game at Upton Park has kept the Hammers’ European dream very much alive, and with favourable results this afternoon a fifth-placed finish is a possibility. Now that the emotion of that final home fixture has passed, boss Slaven Bilic will hope his side can re-focus and complete an excellent season with the reward of European football at their new Olympic Stadium home.
Stoke fans will be hoping that their side can lift themselves to put in a performance like they witnessed on the final day of last season when they thumped Liverpool 6-1. But recent results have flattered to deceive, and another home game without victory today would equal their longest ever winless Premier League run. Three points would secure a top-half finish.
Team news on the way...
Stoke City subs: Haugaard, Bardsley, Muniesa, Adam, Shaqiri, Diouf, Crouch.
West Ham subs: Spiegel, Collins, Byram, Obiang, Moses, Valencia, Emenike.
Just the one change for the visitors from the side which beat Manchester United but it will make unhappy reading for Hammers fans. Dimitri Payet, so often his team's saviour this season, is ruled out through injury. James Tomkins is drafted in to replace him, and Michail Antonio moves back to the right flank.
The hosts make five changes. Out go Jakob Haugaard, Phil Bardsley, Xherdan Shaqiri, Charlie Adam and Peter Crouch. They are replaced by Shay Given, Joselu, Jonathan Walters, Philipp Wollscheid and Bojan Krkic.
West Ham (4-4-2): Randolph; Tomkins, Reid, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Antonio, Noble, Kouyate, Lanzini; Sakho, Carroll.
The teams are out on the pitch and kick-off isn't far away here at the Britannia Stadium.
HALF TIME: A Michail Antonio strike is the difference at the break and West Ham lead 1-0.
Antonio's well-taken finish midway through the first half is the least the visitors deserve for their overall dominance, particularly after they took the lead. Antonio, Lanzini and Sakho all enjoyed good opportunities to increase their lead, and Mark Hughes will have to rethink his approach during the interval to counter West Ham's enterprising forward play.
That result means Stoke finish in ninth place, while West Ham end the season in seventh because of Southampton's victory.
FULL-TIME: Stoke come from behind to win this 2-1, thanks to second-half goals from Imbula and Diouf to cancel out Antonio's opener.
That result will be a sore one for Slaven Bilic to take, as he watched his side dominate for long periods and waste a clutch of fantastic opportunities to seal victory. But that gave Stoke a foothold to come back into the game, and a smart finish from Imbula levelled before a late Diouf header gave the Potters all three points.
That's all for today, thanks for joining us. See you next season!
