Watford won on their last visit to Hull in the league, thanks to a Troy Deeney winner in April 2013. They've never won back to back away league games in Hull. Unless they can mount an almighty comeback here tonight, it looks like that will continue here today. Huge result for Hull if it stays this way!

GOOOAAALLL! HULL TAKE THE LEAD! Lazar Marković has broken the deadlock here at the KCOM Stadium! The Tiger broke quickly from the free-kick deep in their own half, Robertson sprinting forward, playing the ball to Grosicki who whips a great ball into Markovic who powers a header against the crossbar, it then appears to bounce over the line. However Markovic was straight back on his feet to fire the rebound in from close range, to make no mistake.
61'
Free-kick to Watford in an excellent position, after Elmohamady is penalised for handball down the right wing. However Maguire rises highest to clear the danger and set up a counter attack!

GREAT SAVE! Another important save by Jakupovic, this time to deny Holebas. The long-throw came into the box and was flicked on by Deeney, into the path of Holebas who then fired a low shot at goal, which was excellently stopped by the feet of Jakupovic.
58'
Excellent run by Grosicki down the left wing, he skips past a couple of Watford defenders, before trying to cross the ball into the box for Hernandez. The atmosphere is very quiet here at the KCOM Stadium, with neither side really looking like scoring at the moment. Loud whistling and booing can be heard when Niang gets on the ball, for his part in Niasse's sending off in the first half.
52'
The Tigers are having to sit very deep at the moment, as Watford dominate possession. However every Hull player is putting in a good shift in here to keep themselves in the game.
50'
It may not be too long until we see a change of Watford here as they are failing to show anything for their advantage and are struggling to get players close to Deeney and create any goalscoring opportunities.
48'
This is much better from the Tigers. They have started to enjoy possession of the ball and with Hernandez now on the pitch as a recognised striker they may be able to break forward and create more chances. However staying strong at the back will remain key and they can expect to be put under pressure from the Hornets with the man advantage.

40'
Let off for Hull! A defensive mix-up almost sees Cleverley have a shot at goal, after Evandro gave the ball away on the edge of the box and put his side under a lot of pressure.
38'
CLOSE! Perhaps the best chance of the game. Another corner for Watford came into the box, this time taken by Cleverley. Miguel Britos is unmarked and meets it at the far post, but nods wide of the mark. He should have done much better with that opportunitity.
36'
Deeney drifts just offside on the edge of the box, after Niang chipped the ball over the Tigers defence and into the path of the striker who despite being called offside hits the post, with Jakupovic rushing out of his goal to block the effort.

32'
WHAT A SAVE! Jakupovic pulls off a phenomenal save to deny Prodl a goal from a header, just yards from goal. The corner came in and the Watford centre-back rose highest to direct a fierce header at goal and Jakupovic showed great reactions to provide a wonderful save. 25'
O. Niasse goes off after a red card!
NIASSE IS SENT OFF! The Hull striker is given a straight red card by referee Bobby Madley for a high tackle by the forward on M'Baye Niang. It looks a harsh decision and the Hull players and supporters are furious with the decision! What a significant moment that could be in Hul City's season!
24'
Excellent build-up play by Hull, with Clucas spraying the ball left to Grosicki, however his ball is poor to Robertson, which allows Gomes to gather ball.
21'
CHANCE HULL! Niasse fires a low shot at goal which forces Heurelho Gomes into making a good save. However the linesman has his flag up for offside. The Hull striker is furious with the decision but it looks like Niasse had drifted slightly offiside.
19'
STAT: Silva has won five of his six home games in charge of the Tigers, drawing the other. No Hull manager before him had won three home Premier League games in a row.

10'
Watford are looking the better team at the moment, they are enjoying a spell of possession in the middle of the pitch, however as soon as the Hornets get close to the Tigers final third, they are put under a lot more pressure. No chances for either side as of yet.
7'
Another lack of communication between Jakupovic and Maguire as long ball comes over the top. The Tigers skipper wanted his keeper to come out to the edge of his box and gather the ball, however Jakupovic opted to remain deep in his box, which forced Maguire to put the ball out for a corner under pressure from Troy Deeney.
6'
The two sides here are set up very well here, keeping their shape well which is preventing time and space to play the ball forward from the backline.
4'
Both sides are struggling to keep possession at the moment, neither team are able to string more than a few passes together in midfield. The ball is then starting to be played long over the top and easily gathered by the goalkeepers.

Dieumerci Mbokani could make his first start in almost two months, the striker made his return from a six-week injury lay-off as a substitute in the defeat to Stoke. Omar Elabdellaoui remains out with a back injury so Ahmed Elmomahady or Harry Maguire could feature at right-back.
